Chapter 8: Im back

Spencer's POV
I must have passed out because I woke up in the back of what seemed to be a ambulance, I jolted up, gasping for air, the doctors that were riding in the back with me tried holding me down.
"It's ok Spencer, stay calm." I heard one say.
I looked all over for Toby but he wasn't there, I looked for aria, Hannah, Emily, no one. I tried speaking but couldn't get the words out, flashback after flashback rolled over my head. PLEASE NO it echoed, I was struggling, trying to speak, the doctors yelling at me to calm down, they held out I needle as I tried to lunge away from them, having another flashback, all those needles Johnny hit me with, was to make me feel weaker and weaker, I tried to fight but I drifted off into to darkness.

I began to lift my eyes away, my clothes had been taken off me, but I didn't want anyone seeing what happened, but I wanted to see my friends, and Toby. I could hear Toby screaming.
"I NEED TO SEE HER!" I heard him yell, I started to sob, I needed to be in someone's arms, I needed to smell Toby's sent.
"Sir I need you to calm down, she can't have any visitors at the moment, it's to dangerous," The doctor said calmly.
"It's not safe for her to be in there alone!" Toby screamed, I could hear Aria as well.
"Exactly, you have no damn idea what happened to her, that's how she was in this mess in the first place!" Aria snapped, then I could here Hannah, it felt good hearing her smart aleck voice.
"Let me see Spencer now or I'll make you sorry!" I couldn't help but laugh.
I tried to roll over but it hurt to much, Johnny hit me so much that there was no clear spot on my body, my friends would ask questions and worry, that's why I didn't want them seeing me in this condition.
"Ma'am don't talk to me like that!" The doctor said, sternly.
"We can talk to you anyway we like!"I heard Emily say.
"Your being such a ass!" Toby said, "For fuck sake, let me see her." Hearing Toby's voice was like hearing an angel sing to me, the comfort of him needing to see me, I let out the biggest smile I ever let out in months.
"Toby..." I whispered.
"I'm a police officer!" He shot back.
"I'm sorry officer, but that's who restricted visitors." The doctor sighed.
"Look, Doc, she need me, she needs us, now get behind that damn desk and let us see her!" Toby growled, "Fine,if you won't let me see her...."
"SIR GET BACK HERE," The doctor screamed, I heard high heals walking toward my room. I seen his uniform and quickly covered up, that doesn't help him seeing my face but my face looked much better than my body.
I seen his face, he looked at me with fear and ran up to me and grabbed me into a tight hug, it hurt but I needed it.
"Oh my god, I missed you so much," I sobbed, trying not to let go of him.
"Spencer, who did this to you," Toby screeched, "I'll kick his ass," he snapped, no one knew how bad I wanted to tell him, or the rest if the group, but, I couldn't risk it.
I sighed.
"Spencer please talk, I need to hear your voice." He replied, tears in his eyes.
"I needed to hear yours first," I whispered leaning into his arms as the others came rushing in.

Toby's POV
Aria, Hannah, and Emily came rushing through the door, I moved so they could hug her, I couldn't help but notice that she flinched every time someone touched her.
"You don't know how much we all missed you," Sobbed Hannah sitting next to her.
"I never stopped thinking about you all." Spencer whispered.
"Spencer..." Aria paused, holding her shaking hands, "Who did this." Aria looked at her eyes, I knew Spencer to well, if she knows something about A she'd tell me, but there's one thing she does when she lies to me, she looks the other way, she don't look me in the eyes. I walked over to her, holding both of her hands this time.
"I don't know,"
"Spencer, look me in the eyes and tell me you don't know who did this to you, I promise baby, he won't do this again as long as I live," I wrapped my hands around her. She crunched her nose, what she does when she was something of her mind but holds it in.
"Like I said I don't know," Looking away from me, holding her tears back, sniffling.
"Spencer...." before anyone could say anything the doctor came in.
"I thought told you, you guys can't be in here!" The doctor sighed
"Ok, listen here, I haven't seen her for a month, I don't care what the fuck you do to me, I'm seeing her, whether you like it or not." I Snapped back.
"Please doc, it's ok," Spencer mumbled. The doctor scoffed walking out of the room. "I might be able to go home tomorrow, it depends how I feel."  Spencer smiled, I was happy she was smiling, I needed to see my girl smile.
"Spencer, don't lie to them, of your actually don't feel well, please tell them, they can help you more than we can," Emily said, looking Spencer up and down. Spencer was huddled up in her bed, I couldn't tell if she was actually happy, or she was just forcing a smile, for us
"It's not lying if it's true, I can't spend another day without- all I need is to just get home, being in here-" she whispered. That's not all she needed, she needed to forget what happened to her, her little sweet heart couldn't handle that much. But my baby was strong. 
  We stepped out to let her get dressed, I thought she needed help so I walked in on her smiling, my smile dropped when I saw her.
"oh my god, Spence! What the yell happened ." Spencer head flung over, flinching.
"Please don't tell the others," Spencer sobbed, "T-They can't know," Spencer continued, she looked at me, in fear, I could feel it.
"Spence, your-" she inturpted me, "I know, I'm fine, it's nothing"
"It's nothing!?"
"Yes Toby, please!"
"Ok babe, I won't tell them," I said kneeling down to her level, "Spence, Who did this," I said, kissing her hand. Helping her put her shirt on.
"Ok, but I was warned not to tell you" she said, biting her lip, again.
Before she could say anything, the girls came back in, I just walked outside to get some air, before I felt like passing out.
All I saw was her was her back, and I winced fearfully, imagine what the rest of her looked like, Emily came out to check on me.
"Toby," Emily said out of breathe, "Spencer started to shout you name and had a complete meltdown, you need to go, fast," those words punctured my heart, what the hell was I leaving  her alone.
I ran inside to see Spencer on the ground, Aria and Hannah hovering over her.
"Toby." Spencer trembled, "I-I saw him." Spencer trying to look away from the window.
"Who baby?" Spencer was shaking,.
She looked up at me then Aria.
"Johnny." She sighed in fear.
