Finally going to see the flat I wanna see. I needed a place of my own. I didn't like my flat. Well, my dads flat. it was to big for me to live in.

Liam took me to see the flat. It was cute and cozy. The room was pretty big. The bathroom was too. It had a big tub. And a separate shower. The kitchen was medium sized a table for dinner could fit in there. The living room was big enough to fit two couches and a tv. The house already came with the stove and fridge. I loved the place. Liam looked happy when he saw my face.

"Lilly, there is another flat like this one like 3 flats down my flat. I don't know if you want to see it and if you don't like it we come back and buy this one. " Liam said

"Cool. Well lets go check it out!" I said

We told the realtor that we'd be back.

As we drove to the other flat, Liam had told me that its a little bit bigger than the other one, it had two bathroom and two bedrooms. Once we went inside I first went to see the kitchen. All white and silver. I saw the living room It was as big as the other one. The bedroom. One was a Master with a bathroom and a walking closet, and the other was just a little bit smaller with a little closet. The other bathroom was on the side of the hall way, in between the two rooms. The back yard as big it had a pool and a cute little porch while coming out of the flat.

"Liam I think this one is it." I Said

"Yay!" Liam cheered

"Ma'am, I would look like to buy this flat. " I asked the lady.

"Well the house is £ 25,000. But the down payment is £15,000. Then every three months you Give the rest of the payment. it ranges from £1,500 to 2,000." The lady said.

"I'll take it." I said

I had went to the bank earlier and talked to my bank manager, he gave me my savings. It was a lot of my savings. But I on my planned using the 15,000.

"Congrats! Here's you keys. I'll put the sold sign on the board. " The lady said while I handed her the money.

"Lilly you know that's my aunt selling you the flat?" Liam said

"Really?" I said

"Yeah. Don't worry she won't steal your money." Liam said

I laughed.

"Okay. Then I'll be leaving, you can start taking your stuff in here. I'm sure Liam will help you. " Liam's Aunt said.

"Thanks, yeah He will. " I said

She left and I called the boys to help me pack and unpack things. This whole week is gonna be about packing and unpacking.
