F/N POV

Natsu,Grey,Erza,Lucy,and Happy soon made a circle around me, their backs facing me.
"Hey back off!" Yelled Grey. "I thought you guys thought she was our family I guess I thought wrong." Erza stated coldly at the angry mob. "Yeah I may have not known her as long as you guys but she's still our friend!" Argued Lucy. My eyes widened. This is why these people are my friends. The stand by me, even after years of not seeing each other there still here for me. Through thick and thin. No matter where or when I am at they're there. "She's a bitch. Why are you protecting her?!" Yelled one of the bystanders. "The little fucker doesn't even talk to us in years and she expects us to be all buddy buddy well she has another thing coming!" One spat out voice filled with venom. (not really though) I felt my eyes getting watery. No I won't let them see me like this! I broke through the circle that was keeping me safe I pushes through the crowd hearing "idiot" and "dumbass" being said to me as I tried to quickly get to the door. I finally got outside. I ran. Like I ran so fast I can be in the Olympics! I saw a large tree in the distant. I ran even faster then I jumped and latched onto a branch and pulled myself on and started climbing to the top. Once I was on the top I looked at the view. It was absolutely breath taking. I used to come here all the time. I didn't realize I was crying until I felt a tear fall onto my hand. I broke out crying. Why...why was the guild acting this why. Did they really hate me that much?

*flash back to when you and your friends were kids*
"So what do you guys want to eat today? We can eat at the guild or I can take us to a restaurant." I !asked my friends. "I went on a small job but it's enough to go to eat somewhere." "As long as it has strawberry cake I don't care where we go." Answered Erza. I smiled at her liking to cake. "How bout' you? Grey and Natsu?" "Yeah sure lets go!" Natsu energetically pulled me by my hand. "Come on Grey." I turned around a smiled a closed eyed smiled. What you didn't see was his blush. "A-alright fine." He said trying not to seem to care." *End of flash back* You smiled sadly at the memory why aren't things like that any more. *Another flash back* "I'm back!" I heard Natsu yell as he crashed threw the guild doors. I looked back to see my pink haired friend. He had this blonde girl with him I never seen before. Natsu being Natsu started a fight and all the guild members started throwing chairs and tables. I saw the new girl off to a corner just in time to see Loki or Leo flirting with her. Yeah yeah I know Loki's story he told me his secret. I made my way to them. Loki just went into fight when I got to the girl. I tapped her shoulder. "Hi there. My names f/n. I haven't seen you around here are you new? What's your name?" "Nice to meet you f/n. My names' Lucy. I'm a celestial Mage." *End of flash back*

Heh the first time I met Lucy. *Flash back to your childhood (age 7)* Hot tears streamed down my face as I was pushed down to the ground. "Your worthless. I don't get wizards are even for. All they do is slack around and don't take anything seriously." The older kid mocked. "Useless. JUST.LIKE.YOU." He said as he jabbed his finger into my chest with his crew laughing in the background. He was right. Despite it all he was correct. I was useless and weak. I looked up to see the bully raise his hand. I awaited the hit but after a few more seconds nothing happened. I looked back up. It-it was Cana! And she had Erza, Grey, and Natsu with her. Natsu and Grey took care of the rest of the boys. Cana took on the leader of the gang. She held his arm dangerously tight. "Don't ever try to hit her again." She said in a deep scary voice. Still not letting go of the boy she said "If I ever see her in this state again I'll show you what a REAL wizard can do. Got it?" She soon let go of the boy who started running away. Cana helped me up. I looked at her I was about to tell her sorry for being a drag and a pain in the ass but cut me off before I could start. "Hey f/n, are you okay?" She looked into my eyes. I simply nodded. She bought me into a hug. I eyes widened a bit. "Hey...don't listen to them okay. You not useless. Your one of the strongest people I know,so don't listen to them." I started crying even more. Since I was pretty much been at the guild almost as long as Cana she was like a sister to me. And of course she was a great one. "I-I'm sorry Cana. I'm sorry I couldn't defend my self." I spoke through my sobs. "Don't worry I'm here now. No need for apologizing." Erza,Grey and Natsu soon hugged me too. They all brought me back to the guild. Natsu holding my hand the rest of the way. Interwining (typo?) his fingers with mine. *End of flash back*

I was brought to reality. Those were the good old days. Had so much changed? Had things changed so much that instead of being with me there all against me? I hoped of the high tree landing on my feet perfectly. Ugh being me is a gift. I thought sarcastically.
