Nari's PoV

'Another year of high school aka hell' I thought as I turned off my alarm.

I got up and took a quick shower then got ready for school. I put my uniform on and went downstairs to eat breakfast.

"Good morning Nari~" the maid Lily said to me in a cheerful tone. "I prepared breakfast for you. I hope you have an amazing first day of senior year!" She continued.

"Thank you Lily. By the way are mom and dad home?" I asked, hoping that they would be. They're never home and I'm always with Lily or home alone.

"I'm sorry Nari, but they're not home. Do you need anything?" She asked. I looked down as I ate the pancakes she'd made for me. "Okay thank you." I said to her.

I honestly give up on trying to be close to my parents. I just feel like they're roommates and not family. We barely talk and are never home, so I've honestly just been doing my own thing my whole life.

I finished up my breakfast and started walking to school.

"Time for hell on earth..."

-Timeskip at school-

"NARIIIIIIIIIIIII" I got startled as I heard my best friend Park Jimin scream.

Jimin has been my friend since 2nd grade. We've always been there for each other and never left each other's side.

"Jimin you scared me!" I yelled at him.

"I'm sorry I just really missed youuuuu." He responded.

"Let me see your schedule." I said and he handed me his schedule. And luckily we had 3 classes together. Chemistry, English, and History.

As soon as the bell rang, we both walked to our Chemistry class, which was our first class of the day. "Seems like the teacher isn't here yet." Jimin pointed out. "Guess we just have to wait then." I said as I shrugged.

~2 minutes later~

"Hello class," I heard a deep, sexy, yet familiar voice speak. I looked up and saw the person I thought I'd never see again.

"My name is Mr Kim and I'm your chemistry teacher for the year."

"Oh my god Nari isn't that the guy-" "Yes Jimin it's Kim fucking Taehyung from Italy." I cut him off.

Jimin and I could already hear girls giggling and weird things like 'oh my god I think I'm pregnant.' It was hella weird.

"Don't pretend that you're mad because you're clearly not over him yet!" Jimin stuck his tongue out.

"You're the worst best friend ever." I sighed. "The worst best." He said with a cheeky smile.

"Ok hush we need to focus." I said.

"Today I'm going to give you a pretest to see how much you know so I can determine what we need to focus on and how long we should spend time on something." Mr. Kim explained."

This is gonna be the longest year of my life.
