Laughing Jack is a monochrome clown that mainly tortures and kills children 12 years old or under.
He doesn't kill them straight away tho
First he watches to see what the situation is. Like if the child has many friends, how the siblings (if any) treat the child, and the parents.
If it is a bratty kid he doesn't like them automatically. Like if they are ill mannered, spoiled, a snob, or anything annoying or rude.
But if it's a well behaved child then he'll watch to see how everyone around them behave like their parents and siblings.
If the kid is just a brat he will kill the child in the most gruesome manner he can and will occasionally pin it on the parents if they weren't good parents.
But if the child is good and the parents and siblings treat the child poorly he kills them and takes in the child and raises them in his carnival.
Laughing Jack has a soft spot for abused children that don't have many friends because of his best friend Isaac.
