Walking arm in arm to the gates that surrounded UA, (Y/N) and Yamada froze seeing a hoard of reporters crowded by the entrance. "What the fuck are they doing here," scoffed (Y/N) as she sipped her coffee. Yamada sighed and looked down at his watch, "They're nosey just as ever. Do you think we can make it in soon enough?" Shrugging nonchalantly pulling away from Yamada, she began walking towards the mob of mics and cameras, "They won't even notice me. It's you they'll pay attention to~."
As she began excusing herself through the crowd a middle aged female reporter called out to her, "Aren't you the woman that saved those civilians from the burning building incident a couples weeks ago?!" Looking like a dear caught in headlights (Y/N) stayed silent as she heard another reporter holler, "The quirkless who defeated the villain?!" Snapping her head in the direction of the rude comment and bared her teeth; not a word was uttered as she looked for Yamada. Seeing as he had snuck by the crowd that seemed to close in around her, 'How did his flashy ass get by?!'
Having mics practically thrown in her face only angered (Y/N) as she put her hands up to shade her eyes from camera flashes; in the rush of reporters thrusting mics one had knocked her coffee from her hand. (Y/N) looked down at the beautifully tragic scene of her coffee gushing from its container filled her with rage; Yamada witnessed this and remembered that oh too familiar expression, 'Oh fuck.' Snatching the collar of the reporter that had knocked her coffee from her hand, (Y/N)'s long canines showed as she glared at the surprised man, "You spilled my coffee."
Her eye began to twitch as she let him go and snatched his mic, "You want a line from me? Fine! Assuming makes an ass out of you and me. Next time you hoard yourselves around these school gates I will call the police and sue your companies for allowing unlawful abuse to take place. Now leave before our students show up, or I'll remove you myself." Yamada snatched the back of (Y/N)'s shirt and pulled her past the gates; giving a polite apology to the now frightened reporters.
Walking with (Y/N) into the teacher's lounge, Yamada began making her a cup of coffee as she slammed her head down on the nearest table. "You didn't need to scare 10 years off that man's life you know," joked Yamada as he took a seat beside (Y/N). "He spilled my coffee... and they were in my personal space," she grumbled as she lifted herself to take a sip of the new cup of coffee. Leaning back in his sit Yamada chuckled, "I could've just bought you another coffee." Nonchalantly scooting from her seat, (Y/N) climbed onto Yamada's lap, "That's not the point, bone head."
Wrapping her arms around his midsection as his arm was slung over her legs, she yawned tiredly, "My point is they shouldn't be here anyways.... and they spilled my coffee." Yamada simply chuckled and held (Y/N) tight as she rested her head in the crook of his neck, "Those are very good points." Without noticing their company in the lounge they continued to stay in their position until a calm deep voice called out to them, "Good morning (Y/N).... Yamada." (Y/N) pretended to be asleep, Aizawa silently knowing damn well she wasn't just left it be, "Morning." Yamada gently turned his head and waved at his friends speaking in a hushed tone, "Morning guys, how was your break?"
After the men grabbed coffee they decided to sit adjacent from Yamada. "Isn't it uncomfortable having her sleep on you like that," questioned Toshinori eyeing her resting form. Yamada looked at his colleague as his hand began rubbing (Y/N)'s lower back, "No, it's not. Not so fun fact did you know she suffers from occasional night terrors? Yeah bet you didn't. So Shota did you actually sleep during your break?" (Y/N) inwardly sweat-dropped at the exchange of sharp words and snuggled more into the crease of Yamada's neck, 'Eeehhhhhh Shota is going to bust my ass for this later.'
As they sparsely spoke Yamada checked his watch then leaned to (Y/N)'s ear speaking ever so softly, "Hey beautiful, let's head to class the bell's going to ring soon." Groaning and stretching as she sat up, "Yeah I guess so. Hey, Shota... Toshinori." Yamada and (Y/N) stood up adjusting their clothes and grabbing their things to leave; making their way to the door Toshinori began to lowly speak to Aizawa, "Still don't see why she had to lay on him. There's a couch."
Taking in a sharp gasp and halting her movement, Yamada looked back with genuine concern, "Are you alright, babe?" Hold her hand to her ear as if to amplify her hearing, "Do you hear that?" Giving his lover a bewildered look, "What is it?" Toshinori froze as (Y/N)'s eyes landed on his form, "Sounds like someone TALKIN' SHIT BEHIND MY BACK." Silence overtook the lounge, Aizawa stood up and made his way to the door with them, "Let's go (Y/N), it's not worth your energy."
As her friends exited first she looked back to Toshinori and frowned, "Jealousy doesn't suit you, Yagi. Let alone talking about me while my back is turned. I'm disappointed in you."
