Prologue

Liam's POV

I stare up at him. I take in his facial features that I have always loved. My head is laying on his chest and I can here the faint bum-bum of his heartbeat. As I reach up and touch his cheek softly, his eyelids flutter open. His eyes focus and then land on me. He smiles sleepily.

"Hey Li." He says quietly. I hug him tighter.

"Hey Lou." I answer. He gently strokes my messy hair. I go to sit up but he pulls me back down.

"Ooff." I grunt when I fall back on the bed. A smirk creeps onto Louis' mouth and he leans down and kisses me. I kiss him back and push on his chest. He winced.

"Oh my gosh babe! I am so, so sorry! I totally for-" I was cut off by his two fingers on my lips.

"I'm fine Liam. Its ok. Its been two months." He says. I frown and remember that day like it was yesterday. Louis had dies but then came back. It was a huge shock.

"Yeah, it has been two months and you're still in pain." I say nervously. I cannot lose Louis. I have been literally babying him. It annoys him but he know I do this out of love. He rolls his eyes and kisses my nose.

"Stop being a nervous Nancy. I'm fine. Now, lets go make some breakfast, yeah?" He says. I nod and he grabs my hand and pulls me out of bed.

Louis' POV

After our fail of making breakfast, we decide to call up Zayn and Harry to go to the park with us. They agreed. So, hand in hand, Liam and I walk to the park.

"Its a beautiful day." Liam says. I hum in response. I sneak a peek at Liam.

"Its not polite to stare Mr. Tomlinson." He says and I feel a blush creep on my neck. Liam chuckles.

"Oh, there they are." I say pointing to Harry and Zayn, who were sitting a bench laughing. We walk over and greet them.

"Hey mates. What are you two laughing about?" Liam asks. They start bursting out laughing again.

"Liam, did you know that you're turning Lou on right now?" Harry says between laughs. I look down at my pants and my eyes widened. Liam looked to and I knew I was as red as tomato.

"Oh... wow." Liam says and puts his am around me, even under the circumstances. He then proceeds to squeeze mu bum.

"That is not helping the matter." I hiss under my breath. Liam giggles.

"But you look so cute when you're embarrassed." He responds.

"Alright, alright. Enough of the lovey stuff. Lets so to the swings!" Zayn says. We all nod in agreement. We head over and Liam tells me to sit. I sit on the swing and he begins to push me. Everytime I would come back down, I'd bend my head back and Liam would peck my lips. After a few minutes of that, Liam and I decide to go sit again.

"So, how's your, ah, situation going?" Liam says, holding back a laugh I'm sure. I playfully whack him on the arm.

"Shut up." I say and he winks. I look over to another bench and see a very familiar head of hair.

"N-Niall?!" I stutter out. It was Niall! And he was holding hands with someone. And that someone was a guy.

"Who is that with him?" Liam asks, just as astonished as I was.

"I don't know. But I'm about to find out." I tell him and march over to them.
