Chapter 4: Believe Me

Louis' POV

"Li.. come on. Please. You have to believe me." I beg Liam who looks outraged. It wasn't me in the picture. It sure wasn't Zayn either.

"Well, why don't we go talk to Zayn and Harry." Liam says harshly. I nod and get up slowly. We go downstairs and go out to the car. Liam flies down the streets until we get to Harry and Zayn's flat. Liam goes up to the door and gives three loud bangs on it. Harry appears at the door.

"Hey Li. Hey Lou. What's up?" Harry says cheerfully. I look down at the ground.

"We need to speak to you and Zayn." Liam says bluntly. Harry gives a slight nod and lets us enter. We walk through the hall and into the living room where Zayn is sprawled out on the couch.

"So Zayn." Liam starts out and Zayn looks up at him.

"So Liam." He retorts. Liam rolls his eyes and I bite at my nails.

"Care to explain this?" Liam says and shoves the picture at Zayn. Zayn looks at it and his jaw drops.

"That is not Louis and I." Zayn exclaims. Harry takes a glance at the picture and looks at Liam.

"Li, I can assure you that that isn't Lou and Zayn. You know they would never cheat on us.. don't you?" Harry asks. I take a side glance at Liam. His face softens a bit and he starts to talk to Harry but looks straight at me.

"I can't believe I actually believed Niall and Stan." Liam says and I can see he is trying to hold back tears.

"I'm such a horrible boyfriend." He says and goes to the door. I run after him and turn him to face me.

"Never ever say that Li. You are the sweetest boyfriend I'm the world. I know you're sorry. I forgive you." I say gently. I hug him tightly.

"I lobe you Louis." Liam says. I smile.

"I love you too." I say.

Liam's POV

"They're going to be here any minute!" I exclaim. I'm rushing around the house tidying things up.

"I know, I know Liam. Calm down. They're our friends. Not the fricken president." Louis says with a chuckle. Just then the doorbell rings. I rush to get it. I open the door and there they are.

"Alex!" I say and embrace my best gal friend Alexandria.

"Monty!" I exclaim next and hug my old friend Montanna.

"RENAAAAA!!" I hear Louis yell and he pushes me out of the way and tackles Serena, his long time friend who just moved the States and back here just a few days ago. Its funny and a bit weird but all three of these girls are best friends.

"Come on in!" I say and let them through. I lead them to the living room and we all sit down.

"How've you girls been? We haven't seen you in ages!" I say and Louis nods for emphasis.

"Well, Serena has moved in with me and Monty has her own apartment a couple streets down from us." Alex says.

"Yeah. The U.S. was getting pretty bland so I moved back here!" Rena explains.

"And what about you Miss Montanna? You haven't visited me in a great while!" Louis says.

"Loooouuiiiss! Its Monty! And I know! I'm sorry. I've been crazy with work and stuff." Monty says.

"We have to introduce them to Zayn and Harry!" I say to Lou. His face lights up.

"That's a wonderful idea Li!" He says. I look at the girls and smile.

"Wanna go meet some of our friends?" I ask and they all nod and smile.
