Book 1: Can't Fall in Love

Chapter 14: Hear me out

I jumped out of bed and took a shower. I changed into my wardrobe which was jeans with boots, a white shirt and a black jacket. I curled up my hair and it looked dangerously cute. I put on my black beanie and put on some sunglasses. I headed out and walked to my destination. I saw the guy that owes me money. I slammed him against the wall and held him by the collar.

"Where's my money? Your late on it!" I shouted.

"Please just give me some more time." he pleaded.

"You had enough time buddy." I pushed him down and shot him. I saw a bag of cash behind the dumpster. Lying motherfucker. I grabbed the cash and I texted James that I got the money. I walked to our hideout and placed the money on the table.

"Nice work babe." James said and he grabbed the money.

"Your a natural at this." Luis said patting me on the back. I smirked and sat down.

"Oh so we need you next Saturday for another gang fight and we have to discuss our plan on Monday." James said looking at his phone. I nodded and I got a phone call.

"Hello?" I answered.

"Tess." it was Justin. I groaned.

"What do you want bad boy?" I asked.

"Meet me inside Starbucks at 5. At least hear me out." he said. I sighed.

"You better be alone." I hanged up and rested by head on the table.

"I have to go guys." I said as I walked out.

"Alright see ya later!" They replied. I walked down the sidewalk and checked my phone. 4:35. I guess I have some time alone. I went inside the gas station and bought a pack of cigarettes and an Arizona. I chugged down my Arizona and threw it away. Then I smoked one of my cigarettes and puffed it out in the air. After 2 more puffs I threw it on the ground and smashed it under my feet. I walked into Starbucks and I was 5 minutes late. I sat down in front of Justin and took off my shades.

"What?" I asked.

"Look Tess. I didn't mean what I said last time. I was an asshole and I should'nt have kissed Selena. Im sorry. You need to quit the gang." he replied. I shook my head.

"Yeah ok sure. Right after I forgive you like nothing happened. Im not stupid. I knew I wasted my time." I walked out of Starbucks but Justin twirled me around and made my back hit the wall.

"Tess please." he kissed my lips and my wrists still in his lock. I kissed back but I kneed him in his stomach.

"No Justin. You can't just kiss me and everything will be okay." he held his stomach and he looked up at me.

"This is all my fault. I made you like this. I should've been there for you." he stroked my cheek.

"Bye Justin." I walked away looking back at him. He looked at me, looked down and walked away.

"I tried Tess! I really did!" he shouted. I walked away faster and I was finally home. I slammed the door shut and ran upstairs. I jumped on the bed and looked in the mirror. I noticed something on my arm. I quickly ran to the mirror and saw a tattoo. It says "heartbreaker and trouble maker." I shook my head and put on my jacket.

JUSTIN'S POV

I really did tried to get her back. I couldn't. She is lost in danger. I need to help her. And I can. I ran to the car and drove to her house. I knocked on the door and there was no answer. I climbed up to her balcony and saw that she wasn't in her room either. I jumped down and ran to the car again. I grabbed a chair, my guitar, and a dozen roses. and threw them up. I grabbed all these stuffed animals and put them on her bed. That was a lot of work.

I took some of the rose pedals and scattered them all over the floor and bed. Then I grabbed some blue and white rose pedals and did the same. I smiled at my work and went back on her balcony to watch if she was coming. And thankfully she was. But she wasn't alone. She was struggling with this other guy who looked like Austin. She pulled out her gun and he put his hands up. He ran away and she went inside.

I heard her coming upstairs so I got into position. She walked in and she dropped her bag. She looked around with amaze and saw me. She ran onto the balcony and I smiled.

"Justin you did all this. For me?" she asked.

"Only for you." she sat down and I started playing.

"Let me tell you a story. About a girl and boy. He fell in love with his bestfriend once she's around he feels nothing but joy. But she was already broken. And it made her blind. And she can never believe in love if you treat her right. Did you know that I loved you? Or were you not aware? Your the smile on my face. And I ain't going nowhere. Im here to make you happy. I wanna see you smile. I been wanting to tell you this for a long while. Who's gonna make you fall, in love. I know you got your wall wrapped all the way around your heart. Don't have to be scared at all. Oh my love. Cause you can't fly unless you let ya, you can't fly unless you let ya self fall."

She started tearing up and she gave me a hug. I hugged back and she kissed my lips passionately.

"That was beautiful Justin. Thank you." I stroked her hair and looked into her eyes.

"I love you Tess." I kissed her cheek.

"I love you too."

 

She got off of me and I sat on her bed.

"I just burned a house down today." she said straightening her hair out.

"What? Why?" I asked going up to her.

"Cause the asshole lied to me saying he didn't have the money which was on the table so I knocked him out cold, tied him up, got the match and burned it down. No evidence behind." she shrugged.

"But babe you can't be doing that."

"Why not you do it." I sighed cause I know it's true.

"Look Im sorry. You've turned dangerous and reckless. I don't want to see your hurt. And if your hurt then it's my fault." she unplugged the flat iron and held my shoulders.

"Look Jay. I know that you care for new but I got it under control. And plus your here." she kissed my cheek.

"Okay Tess. I understand."

"Good. Now help me clean this mess up." she said picking up rose pedals.

"Alright babe." I started picking up rose pedals. She threw them at me and I St stress are chasing her around.

"Your so slow Bieber!" she shouted as she ran faster. I went the other way and I saw her look back so I spun her around and she screamed.

"Too slow huh?" she started laughing and I kissed her forehead.

"Why are you so strong?" she said punching my chest. I flexed and she rolled her eyes.

"Show off." I flipped her upside down and she laughed.

"OMG JUSTIN PUT ME DOWN!" she screamed while laughing.

"Tell me that Im sexy." I smirked. She never wanted to say that.

"I refuse to!" she screamed.

"Im not putting you down until you tell me that Im sexy." she groaned.

"Fine. Your sexy." she said and I dropped her on the bed.

"Your so kind." I said.

"Whatever." I turned on the tv and the news was on.

"Oh my God." Tess breathed out. This was really bad.......
