Chapter 10

Natsu's P.O.V

I woke up with a pounding in my head. My vision was blurry. I saw two figures fighting.

When my vision cleared I couldn't believe what I saw.

Lucy. Her clothing was torn and burned. She had blood everywhere. She wasn't attacking. Only dodging. I wanted to help but I couldn't move. Just watching the fight.

The man fighting her had an incredibly sharp pointed sword. When Lucy lost balance she fell to the ground.

'Get up!' I wanted to shout. I couldn't.

Then I saw the mans blade aiming down toward Lucy's body. And like that in one painful cry the blade entered Lucy's body.

I sat there. Horrified to what I had just witnessed. I could finally move. The man disappeared as I ran to Lucy's side.

I set her head in my lap. Tears streaming down my face. I close my eyes, not wanting to believe she was dead.

I felt a warm touch on my face. I opened my eyes to see Lucy looking up at me. Smiling. She always seemed to smile. Even as she died.

"Don't give in"she whispers so quietly that even with dragon hearing it took some straining to hear.

"Don't give in to the darkness. Wake up. It's just a bad dream. Please"and with that she faded

I sighed with relief. It was a dream. I pinches my arm. Hard.

The scenery around me changed I was in the same place, but there was no blood around.

"Natsu.."

I turn around and see Lucy. She looked faded. Like she was a drawing that had been erased a little.

"What happened to you?"I ask

Lucy has a pained look on her face. She bites her lip, her eyes shaking.

I get up and grab her arm."Lucy"I pressure

A tear slides down her cheek."Natsu your running out of time. H-He has collected all 19 soul pieces. You guys have the last one to put me together. Please don't loose I can't go back to being with him. Please!"

"Who's he?"I asked hoping it wouldn't be who I thought it would be.

"Kimo Kazegara"

Lucillias P.O.V

This is too much for me to process. First Kimo appears. Then Zeref. After that Natsu faints and he's trapped in a rune.

Levy tries to rewrite the runes. But the runes aren't your average runes.

"Levy it's no use the runes are

impossible to decipher. There called Death Runes. If person is trapped in one for more than 24hrs dies."

"I don't care, He's part of Fairy Tail and in Fairy Tail we don't know when to give up especially when it comes to family!"She lectures

My eyes soften. I feel an arm wraps around my waist. I jump a little but when I see it's Zeref I relax.

"We could learn a thing or two from this guild, right Lu?"He whispers

I nod and and hug him."When are we gonna tell her she's our daughter?"I ask with tears in my eyes.

He hugs me tightly."When we find her"
