Chapter 1: Crush on the Flash

Your P.O.V.

You sat on the couch on a Friday morning with a bowl of ramen. Then you picked up the remote to turn on the TV as you glanced at your roommate, Raven, who gave you a sort of annoyed stare from the armchair. 

"Will turning on the TV distract you from your work?"

"No, but are you going to watch the news?"

"Probably, there's nothing else on usually."

You said casually while shoving a load of ramen into your mouth.

"Nothing else on huh?"

Then you turned on the TV and switched it to the news channel. You smiled as the news seemed to be covering a jewelry story robbery. Raven sighed as she set down her sketchbook to watch your reaction. The door to your apartment opened and you glanced over for a second to see your second roommate, Tilly, coming back from her job with a handful of fabric tucked under her arm. You could feel her start to stumble her way over to the table plopping down her stuff. 

"Let me guess Y/N is watching this robbery on the news because she hopes the Flash will show up."

You sat up on the couch and turned towards her after placing the ramen on the coffee table. 

"I am not!"

"Y/N! You missed him!"

Raven yelled out as you whipped back around quickly knocking your ramen off the table onto the floor. Ignoring the spilled ramen, your eyes spanned the screen for the scarlet streak. When you didn't see it you came back to reality with the sound of laughter. You glanced at the mess you made and pouted a little. 

"I was going to eat that."

Raven laughed harder after your comment as she fell to the ground. Tilly had her head in her hands half laughing, half trying to keep it in. You got up a little embarrassed as you walked over to the kitchen to get stuff to clean up your mess.

"Guys, stop it's not that funny."

You let out in shame as you made your way back to the mess to clean it up. Then Charlie, your third roommate, came out of their room in a faded plaid shirt curious about what was going on. They glanced at your attempt to clean up the ramen and slightly smirked. Tilly and Raven finally got control of their laughter as Charlie made their way over to the back of the couch to see the TV. 

"The Flash showed up on the TV. then Y/N fangirled so hard she knocked the ramen down?"

"Actually no."

You said defensively as you realized the jewelry store robbery was still going on. 

"I told Y/N she missed.."

Then you cut Raven off in excitement.

"You lied to me! He hasn't stopped it yet! I haven't missed him!"

You got up putting the bowl down on the table to gentle sit down to watch it intently. Tilly came over behind you next to Charlie to watch the robbery. The guy started making demands to the police officer outside but all you heard was that he didn't want to see the Flash. Tilly leaned down to hug you from behind with her long, curly black hair covering your face.

"Y/N wants to see the Flash"

You shoed her away from her mocking you as the story came back into your view.

"That hostages are gone! The Flash must have moved them!"

You let out searching the screen but all you saw was some guy in an all greyish-white suit talking to the robber.
