OC 71- Koto

Full name: "Koto Kasuhara, why do you ask?"
Age: "Seventeen, I am currently attending high school."
Nickname: "I believe that you cannot shorten my name any more."
Hero name: "My hero name is Natural Instinct."
Gender: "Male."
Species: "Human, what else would I be?"
Sexuality: "I.., uh. I like to keep it open to 'suggestions', experience is always key."
Ethnicity: "I am half-English half-Japanese, my mother is British and my father was Japanese."
Appearance: "Sorry, you caught me at a bad time,"-

Personality: "I am probably much more socially-adapted than my brother, so I tend to come across nicer- but don't quote me on that."- Koto is a very modest person, he can be similar to his brother in some aspects although his difference socially definitely benefits him. Sometimes Koto is a little bit self-obsessed and occasionally an irrational thinker, but it's inescapable.
Threat level: "I like to shoot for how All might used to be before his 'loss'-if you will."- Demi-God
Hero or villain: "I am a hero, I'm not saying I want to change but... villains have a harder time, and having someone like me on their team would help massively!"- Hero (for now)
Hero/Villain costume: "You saw it earlier, I train in it to really get the proper type of clothing in case it breaks whilst I'm training."- Same as previous photo.
Weapons: "Nope...- unless you count my metal gauntlets, but they normally either break or I don't use them."- None
Fight type: "I can fight many groups of people, which would probably be to my advantage. Or a one-versus-one situation, which I would likely win."
Quirk: "It basically completely enhances every aspect of my body, including reflexes, focus, concentration, etc. whilst simultaneously making my body multiply in strength, how ever many times I wish."- Koto's quirk is similar to All Might's, because it can make him as strong if not stronger than All might in his prime... the only visual effects are that his body (mainly arms and legs) begin to crack, those cracks emitting a glowing red light. Every single use of his body can be multiplied, Koto hasn't even reached his full potential yet and he is close to the level of One-for-all one-hundred percent. Due to his training he had developed it greatly- since he trained by himself since he was thirteen.
One of Koto's bonus quirks that has been past down from all of his family members is called 'emergency healing', this means that if he uses his quirk for too long and destroys his arms, legs, etc. they start to create a smoke screen of steam to heal his damaged body parts. Koto also uses this bonus to escape from tricky situations. It can also regenerate a completely blown-up hand in mere seconds. (Think of it as a titan's healing factor from AOT)
Quirk usage drawbacks: "Depending on how much of my quirk I use and how long I use that amount for decides the damage that happens afterwards."- If Koto exceeds his quirk power-up, after he is finished with the quirk or he stops moving for too long, his arms and legs etc. explode, causing excruciating pain for about a minute (even his eyes can be affected, making him blind for a short time) before being healed from his bonus quirk. Koto's bonus quirk also has a cool down which depends mostly on how damaged his body parts are, for example:
If Koto's use of his quirk cause him to have completely busted and unusable limbs and other organs, etc. then the recharge of his healing ability would be about a few days or less.
If it was minimal damage, or something like managed training, about ten or twenty minutes to recharge.
Ultimate attack: "Well, I could really do anything I want, but I guess I do have a specific ability that I can use." - Based off of Koto's quirk, he is able t completely enhance every aspect of his body to the point where even All might couldn't even possibly dream to keep up with, even in his prime. This technique is called 'Total Body Overhaul' and creates a glowing visual affect that literally makes Koto glow a light shade of red- completely outshining any visual features of his body and creating a blur of light, normally taking any opponent by surprise, no matter how strong. Because of this ability's completely overpowered state, Koto is only able to utilise it once- and upon relinquishing it, Koto will die instantly, exploding violently into pure blood. (Which could also be used to create weaker versions of Koto, if the scientist was smart enough.)
Likes: "I love how proud All might was, that he kept a smile no matter what! I will be like that someday..."
Dislikes: "The amount of hate that the villains league are getting right now- I don't find it fair to them."
Others: Koto feels rather detached from his brother due to Yasu apparently meant to have Koto's quirk prior to his birth.
