Ally POV
"I can not wait to go to New York City this weekend!" I sit here telling my best friend Carley. "I know it's gonna be so fun, I can't wait to shop at all the bigger stores!!!!" Carly screamed through the phone. She love shopping, it makes sense. Her dad is rich and let's her spend as much as she wants. "I heard Luke is gonna finally ask me out!!" I have a crush on this boy named Lucas Charles. He has the most beautiful eyes and he's been my best guy friend since we were 10. "Oh, he better because we've been waiting way to long for this" I sigh "Tell me about it, I've been waiting since I was 10!"

The day of the trip
Ally POV
I am on my way to the school to get my luggage and meet Carley and Luke. "Hey guys!" as I smile at my best friend and my crush of 8 years. "Hey gorgeous " Carley says. Luke just smiles and says "Hey Ally, I can't wait to sit on the bus next to you! It will be a long trip." But Carley was not having that. She looked him dead in the eye, giving him the dirtiest look " I don't think so, me and Ally have been waiting for our senior trip our entire life. You are not gonna ruin my time, lover boy" as she rolls her eyes at him. I just laugh at my best friend. She just wants what's best. Things haven't always been good between me and Luke.

Sorry it was such a short chapter. I'm just starting out and I'm not so sure how to make this look and sound as good as I want it to.
