Crying,with her back to rihanna,Mia lay in the hospital bed motionless.
Jess came rushing in,excited to see the newborn child,once catching a glimpse of Mia then the newborn lying motionless and unbreathing next to her. Jess looked away and cried into Ashley's shoulder.Rihanna sat in a chair next to the bed,holding Mia's hand.
"We have found a solution!"said a nurse.
"A solution?"Jess said looking around Ashley at her.
"Yes,the baby can live if it stays here for the next 3 weeks," she replied glancing at the unmoving mother and child. "But she will need to be kept away from here until she is better, for her own good,I would suggest you all stay home until the baby is well."
"I'm not allowed to see my baby?!" Mia said sitting up from the pillow.
"The mother and,"she started,looking over at Rihanna holding Mia's hand "mother get visiting times every week and they can bring two people with them."
"Ok" Mia said
At home:
Mia walked slowly forward,Jess sat down as Ashley left for home to leave the girls to stay the night.
"I'll put the kettle on!"rihanna said walking over the flat to the kitchen.
"T..thanks b..babe"Mia said.
Jess looked around the room trying to find a distraction from the sadness of the past couple of hours.
"Hmmm,"Jess said looking round and spotting rihanna looking straight back at her as she hid all the knives in the small flat in various hard to reach places.
"Shhh."she whispered pointing at Mia,Jess nodded.
"Why don't we go out and do some shopping and go for dinner?"Jess said "might take you mind off everything."
"Yeah that's a good idea!"rihanna said from the kitchen,stirring the tea and pouring in sugar.
"O..ok" Mia agreed nodding.
"I'll go pick us out some outfits!"Jess said getting excited,I still have my clothes here."
"Just be careful of Ashley's laptop he always leaves it on my bed" Mia said looking back at Jess as she walked into the bedrooms.
"Jess!"rihanna whispered. "There is a pocket knife in Mia's draw,could you move it and hide it somewhere?" She asked.
"Yes!"she whispered back.
Jess walked in,surprised to see how tidy it was inside.She walked over to the closet and looked through all the dresses and skirts and jeans that rihanna and Mia shared,half the closet was Mia's, the other half was Rihanna's.Jess pulled out her favourite red dress and red heels and put them on her bed.She pulled out a dark blue skirt,black crop top and black heals for rihanna and for Mia she pulled out a small pink dress that flared out at the bottom and some light pink heels.Once everyone had gotten dressed,they all looked amazing.
The three of them walking into the bathroom to get makeup.Mia pulled out three "small" bags of makeup and the next three hours was spent watching rihanna and Jess doing there makeup as Mia had finished after an hour.
"Finally! lets go!" Mia said pulling rihanna by the hand and Jess followed.
