Be ready for cheesy cliffhanger, y'all. And this chapter is for laurell19 who asked for a continuation when my brain stopped working... :) hope you'll like this!

———

The day came.

I woke up too early this morning. My eyes were both swollen. I hope things will be just fine, even tho I'll be the one who decide.

I had my earphones plugged, as Monochrome Seasons came along, my old favorite song. I watched how the dry leaves fell, I watched how autumn looks so beautiful yet everything is dying.

I let the wind blew my hair and touched my bare face softly. Again, I was lost, in the thought of him, the boy who made me smile the past 7 days, the boy who chatted me every night, the boy who went all worried when I actually made fun of myself.

Kim Samuel? I actually liked you.

———

"Hyoyeon-ah!" Lyla patted my back, making myself flinched a little.

"Huh?"

"Why you sad?"

"Idk, nan molla." I replied.

"Useobㅡ"

"I'm not sad, okay? It's just your feelings." I said lazily.

"I got it, there is something happening between you and Samuel," she said, "and we've been deciding to get you 3 portions of Wallnut Shrimps after school!"

"I had stuffs to do after school,"

"Can't you leave that for a while?"

"It's ... something so important," I sighed, "forget about the Wallnut Shrimps, I'm totally fine with the dare."

"Yea, because you have feelings for him." She smiled.

"I'm not,"

"You do, but you, yourself didn't realize it, duh." Lyla went to her desk, but I heard she said, "it came from the heart, bro. We all knew what is going on between you two right now, and we won't involve much so we will give you two time. Anyway, you will still get your food despite whatever may happens. Anything your answer is, I really wish the best for the two of you, Hyoyeon-ah, fighting!"

I smiled.

———

I knew where my feet brings me, to the rooftop, to our favorite place.

It would be no fun for sure to watch such a cheesy drama in front of everyone's salad in Panda Express, but gosh, my tears escaped and started to fell on my cheeks.

I sighed as I open the rusty red door to the rooftop, and saw him sitting on one of the small containers, with an empty coke can on his hand.

He looked gorgeous today, in his denim jackets and his favorite red converse.

"Hey," I called, trying my best to hold back my tears and showed him my widest yet fake grind.

"Hey," he replied and gestured me to have a sit right next to him. He didn't say a word, so I patted his shoulder, "we should not make things up  so, ..."

He held my hand, and we both stood up. I walked a bit further from him and again I sighed.

"Samuel ..."

"Yes?" He replied, but his face looked empty.

"... I know that our one week relationship was for joke purposes only, but your words last night changed my whole perspectives."

He stared deep into my eyes, "If something bad happened or if it hurt you, I'm sorry, Yeon-ah,"

"I like you," I stopped, "but ...

I'm sorry, I can't be yours for now, I'm sorry."
