It had been a rough day at school. Caelus, silver-haired and around 17, was currently home trying not to listen to his older sister singing a song so loud it hurt his freaking ears. Her voice was lovely, but he wanted to have some peace of mind.

After not even bothering to have lunch, he slept. When he woke up, he watched TV and then had his dinner. He went back to his room afterwards to study. After about two hours, he gave up and instead stared outside through his bedroom window.

A beautiful night sky somehow feeling so different from all the other nights before. Like somehow, someone out there precious to him was approaching. And it seemed as if all the stars had been pointing to that.

"An exceptionally beautiful sky tonight, isn't it?" suddenly Aella's voice rung in his ears. Caelus's heart skipped a beat before he made an annoyed expression.

"Why are you here?"

"I came because I saw the night too. I wanted to know your thoughts about it."

Caelus raised his eyebrow. ".... It looks the same as always."

"Why can't you be honest? Ha.... I remember the night that beautiful woman brought you here. At that time, I was around 6. The first time I saw her, I wondered if she was even a human. Same with you, although she seemed more inhumane than anything. I still feel the same. I don't know if you both are human though. Well, what I mean is, tonight's majesty is the same from that night's..."

Caelus had heard about this many times before. Frankly he didn't really believe the story. But having this mysterious feeling from the sky tonight, he started to believe her a bit more while mentally cursing himself for it. He wasn't really fond of Aella's fairy tales.

Suddenly Aella tugged at him with excitement while pointing towards the sky, "Hey, look. A shooting star! And...strange, it's an aurora..."

Caelus saw an aurora, and a shooting star. It...did not feel like a shooting star to him, neither Aella.

"Last time you felt this magical, did you see an aurora?" Arthur turned to her.

"No, I do remember a shooting star though. And seeing a shooting star means you can make a wish!"

And believing the words she just uttered she made a wish, bid good night to her younger brother then returned to her own room for sleep.

But Caelus... He was just staring at the shooting star. It seemed as if it was getting bigger and bigger. Then he realized, it was going to crash!

What the hell? Why didn't the news warn of this?!

Somehow at the back of his head the situation was reminding him of a certain Japanese movie he had watched*.

Well my Princess Charming will come save me hopefully. But I must have a red thread prepared.

His eyes searched across the room, where he found the thread of an old red sweater hanging out. He quickly cut the thread and tied it to his right hand.

In this situation sanity is for the insane anyway.

Caelus took another look at the meteor. It had gotten hotter and brighter. It seemed it would hit the ground in about a few minutes. Caelus was sweating as he shut his eyes tightly, ready to brace the impact. Maybe it will be a painful death. Maybe he will die before even feeling the impact.

Maybe he will become a star in the Afterlife. Who knew what would happen? There were so many possibilities except one Caelus didn't consider.

The meteor finally crashed outside their home with a tremor of the ground which lasted only about five seconds.
