Who is that guy

I walked to the front of the room and I saw Amy standing in line with the others.

I can't believe I didn't notice her earlier. I mean, she goes to my church and she's in scouts. I feel really bad now.

"Please introduce yourself to the group" Said ms Rachel.

"Hi everyone my name is Gabriel, I'm 14 and I don't know how to read"

Everyone in the room started giggling at my joke. Then other person who was new introduced themselves too. I think her name was Melina.

"Ok thank you , you may fall back in line. Amy would you please come up here" Ms Rachel told us.

Amy came to the front and started doing squats because she was late.

After she was done doing her squats we started to break off in same age groups. I was put in a group with all the 9th graders. Amy was apparently also a 9th grader.

"Good morning guys we have a new person joining us in our group" Said my teacher.

"Let's all introduce ourselves to him, I'll start. Hi my name is Patrick Burns, but you can just call me Mr Patt."

More people introduced themselves. There was Ashley, Caryn, Shelby, Breeana, then it was Amy's turn.

"My name is Amy, I'm 14 and I like chicken"

At that moment I knew we would be good friends.

After scouts was over

I never new Amy was so funny and sweet . I wanted to know more about her so search for her in the church.

In the middle of the crowd I see Amy. She waved at me, so I waved back. As I was walking towards her, some other guy walked up and talk to her first.

Who does this guy think he is?
