Todoroki, the vampire king, was strolling down the forest.Following the gravel path and listening to the birds chirp.He stops by a large stone rock.He sits down and closes his eyes, listening to the nature around him.

"...Uhm..Uh..Hello..?"He hears a small voice say.

He opens his eyes to see a young child.About maybe 7-8 years old?"Why is somebody as youthful as yourself wondering in the woods alone?"The king asked.

"W-Well...I just wanted to explore!And I saw you, and I thought you looked pretty lonely.."He twiddled his thumbs.

"You came here, risking the chance of getting lost, because I looked...Lonely?"The vampire tilted his head in confusion.

"Y-Yes..!I thought you looked lonely and I wanted to cheer you up!Hang out with you, if it is okay..."The boy beamed.

"Oh..Why.."The vampire was dumbfounded.How could a child be so kind and innocent?

He didn't want to turn down the child, as he held a lot of respect for him."...Okay.Let us hang out."

The child beamed more, shining like a ray of sunshine.He jumped and squealed, happy that he made a friend.

"Oh-!Oh-!I have so many things to talk about!Like this one great adventurer!All might!"He jumped.

"All Might..?"Todoroki questioned.

"You don't know him??But...He's so cool and awesome and popular and—!"He kept on going on and on about his favorite adventurer.

A couple of hours or so pass, the only thing filling the conversation is how great this 'All Might Adventurer' is.

"So...He traveled across the land, halting crime at every village or place he stopped at?"Todoroki questioned to the young boy.

"Mhm!He's suuuupppeeeerrr Cool!"He smiled.

For some reason, the ice cold vampire king wanted to smile too.He did smile, he was laughing, having fun with a child he had just met.

"You're super nice, —-"The child stopped, "Oh..Uhm...What's your name..?"

"My name..?Todoroki Shōto."The king answered."What is yours?"

"I'm Midoriya Izuku!But since we're best friends, you can call me Izuku!"He jumped.

"Oh, I see..Then you may refer to me as Shōto."The king replied.

"Oh!Let's make a deal!We'll meet here everyday and have fun!Talk and discuss about our favorite things!"The boy asked, hugging the older males hand with his hand, "Please??"

Todoroki wasn't weak to these kinds of things.'Being Adorable' wasn't enough to convince Todoroki to do anything.

But this smile..It was different.Cute, innocent, pure.He wanted to protect it.Seeing this child smile made him happy for some reason.Why.?

"Oh..Okay, Let's."The ice cold king smiled, his heart warmed by the child that was staring at him with loving eyes.

"Great!Dont forget!Everyday!"The child crossed his arms.

"I won't.I'll be here everyday.I promise you."The king replied.

"Swear....?"The child stretched the word.

"I swear."The king reassured.

"Alright!I trust those words!It's getting late, too...I have to get going or my mother will get worried!"The child waved.

The king waved back and continues to sit on the rock.

The child is no longer there to hang out with him, which was saddening, but they'll meet tomorrow.

He gets up and leaves;humming, being happy that he's found a new friend.Or rather, made one.
