The Marauders and Snape (What should have happened)

Plan for attack

It was a bright summer day when this happened, only this once and never ever again the fight have broken out after so many years of direct loathing it wasn't a wonder that a fight broke out between James and Severus.

Now don't get me wrong it's not like I support it or anything I am just an observer who tells them what happened, nothing more nothing less. And after thinking it over many times I have decided that Severus didn't deserve this, so I support him with my heart.

The day started out fine the Marauders got drinks at three broomsticks, talked about the Dark Lord's plans, Albus Dumbledore. But thing started to change as they changed the topic to Severus Snape who is now known to the Marauders about to join the dark side.

"This has to be changed," James sighed, "The time has come that we stop being so kind to him joining Voldemort, we have to prove to him that we aren't the type to mess with."

"James you have already caused trouble to that Snape boy for more than 7 years it's time to let the relationship calm down a little. Plus you don't want to ruin your chances with Lily again, remember how mad she got when you nearly beat Snape up in front of her?" Remus said nicely.

"Yeah," Sirius said laughing, "There was steam coming out of her nose." And James giggled at the sound of it.

"It's not that funny you guys, what are you going to do with him this time anyways. You can't beat him up in here it will cause way too much commotion and we don't even have space for it." Remus said seriously.

" Oh, we're not doing it here the trick is to trick him to come with us to the forest where everything will be peaceful," James said sneakily, the usual gleam of rule-breaking in his eyes told them he was really into this plan.

"But we're not going to hurt him through are we," Remus said nodding the importance of the point.

"Oh no," Sirius said, "just enough to make sure he knows his weakness when the time comes."

"Now that's better," Remus replied nodding, "now I say we do it when Severus shows himself, I know he is going to stop by."

"Yes, this is it then what do you think Peter?" James asked nodding at the plump wizard sitting rather low in chair opposing, "you haven't spoken all day."

"Yes, why not," Peter said hiccuping.
