There are descriptions of what needs to be included in each peice of information.
* = Required Information
*Title: The title of the book the cover is for.
*Author: Exactly what you want put on the cover. Whether it is just your username or your real name. Please make sure to include capitals and other symbols when necessary.
*Summary: A summary of what the book is about and if possible it's plot.
Subtitle: Any extra title or line included. This can be a quote or one liner from the book or something you have created specifically for the cover.
*Genre: What genre the book is (eg. horror, teen romance, thriller, comedy).
Colours: The main colour scheme you would like for the cover.
*Mood: What mood is the cover (eg. sad, happy, dark, comfortable).
Font: What type of font you want used for the cover (eg. handwritten, block, cartoon, fancy, typewriter). You can choose different fonts for the title/subtitle/author's name. All my fonts come from dafont.com and you are welcome to give me specific fonts you want.
Face Claims: If you want the character/s on the book then I will need the faceclaim for them. A faceclaim is an actor/actress/model that looks like your character.
Setting/s: Where are the main settings for your book. Give a description. (Eg. Forest - dark, cold)
Key Symbols/Elements: Any key symbols or elements of the story that you want used in the cover
Your Idea: Any ideas or anything you want in your cover or how you want it to look. Even small details.
*Email Address: Your email address is used for me to send you the cover. I will not be using it for any other reasons and will not share it.
*Post: This is just asking whether you are okay for me to post your cover on this story.
