I can't see anything. I stretch out my arms in hopes of feeling him close to me but he's not here.

"Nathan?" I try saying but my voice is so small, almost inaudible

I look around but the only thing I see is darkness.

"Where am I?" my voice echoes inside the empty room making me shiver

I sit on the cold floor hugging my knees, feeling a stray tear run down my face.

"I want to get out of here... " my voice breaks as I start crying

I suddenly hear footsteps coming towards me.

I look up hoping to see him.

"N-nathan?" I ask once again.

The sound of the person's footsteps echoes in my ears as a woman's scream fills the dark room.

That's when the sound of pouring rain woke me up.

I opened my eyes wide recalling everything that just happened.

It was a dream..?

I looked next to me and see a sleeping Nathan having his arm wrapped around me.

Time went by as I got lost in his features.

He has a scar on his left cheek and a small scratch right above his left eyebrow.

As I was debating whether or not to ask him where he got these, my eyes drifted off to the clock on the wall.

8:40 am

Shit.

"Nathan"

"Yeah?"

"We are late for school"

"Ok, and?"

I let out a sigh as I got out of bed and made my way towards the bathroom.

"Oh come on Luke" I heard Nathan say as he stretched his body, "can't we just sleep?"

"Education is important!" I yelled from the bathroom as I was brushing my teeth

"Education can wait!" He yelled back from the bedroom, pulling the covers above his head

"No it cannot Nathan. C'mon now get up" I tried pulling the covers from him as he groaned in annoyance

"It's cold" he simply said and pulled me back on the bed locking his arms around me so that I couldn't go

I let out another sigh, giving up.

"Guess we won't be going to school today" I mumbled as I closed my eyes trying to get comfortable

Nathan hummed in agreement and we both fell asleep once again.

13:17 pm

A tingly feeling woke me up as I opened my eyes and see Nathan playing with my hair.

"Hey" he smiled at me, tangling my brown locks around his fingers

"Do you like my hair that much?" I asked smiling back at him

"To be honest, you got some dandruff going up there"

I pushed him away and got out of bed.

"Fuck off Nathan"
