8. Rain

Joohyun POV

Around 7 pm, we reached at Jin’s Restaurant. Me and Seulgi will meet Jimin at the restaurant since Jimin will be coming straight from his office.

With Seulgi leading our way by opening the restaurant door, we were welcomed by Jin with his sweet brotherly smile. He approached us and giving us a hug and kissed on our cheek.

I guess this is how people in this place greet with each other.

“Hi Jin oppa! You looks good and handsome as usual.” Seulgi patted Jin’s shoulder and I just giggled at Jin’s reaction. He always being proud of himself especially when someone was praised him.

“Seulgi-yaa, you don’t have to mention it. I already know it. In fact, I’m the worldwide handsome, right?” all three of us were laughing. Without us realized, he already brought us to our reserved seat.

“Oppa, where is Jimin? He’s not here yet?” I asked him while look around the restaurant.

The restaurant was not crowded since people always coming by around 8 pm. By then, some people might not be getting their own seat because the restaurant will be a full house.

“Ahhh, he called me earlier. I think he should be reach by now since he’s already nearby. Nevermind, you guys take a seat first. I need to be at the kitchen now to prepare something delicious and special for you.” After winking at us, he made his way to the kitchen. We just nodded at him.

“I really love Jin’s oppa restaurant. It feels like home. Right, Joohyun?” Seulgi smiling excitedly. I nodded at her statement. Her eyes were wondering around the restaurant.

Suddenly I saw her waving her hand at the entrance and got up from her seat. I guess Jimin arrived.

“Joohyun noona~~ It’s been a long time since our last meet!” Jimin was approaching us and smiling widely. He was still wearing his office attire; looking charming in a black suit. Upon reaching to our table, he removed his coat and rolled up the inner shirt’s sleeve. I bet Seulgi was melting at Jimin’s current state right now. I took a glanced at her and smirked.

“Yes Jimin. Noona been missing you. Seulgi said you barely have time these few weeks. How are you doing?”

“I’m fine Joohyun noona. I’m busy with our mega project that need to be presented by end of this month. Well, after this project is done, I think I want to go back to Korea to visit my family.” He said while take a look at Seulgi after he mentioned about going back to Korea. Is there something going on between them?

“Yah, Park Jimin! I haven’t heard about your plan? You didn’t say that you want to go back to Korea? And guys, I’m still here. Why are you only greeting Joohyun?”I smell jealousy. Seulgi is cute!

“Oh, hello Ms Seulgi. I think I just talked with you on the phone like urm… 30 minutes ago? So, I don’t have to greet you anyway. We also met yesterday.” Jimin was laughing at Seulgi. I know he wanted to tease Seulgi. Both of them looks cute together.

Seulgi had been friend with Jimin since she started studying at Sydney one year ago. Coincidence, the house that we were staying right now was Jimin’s house. So Jimin was actually our landlord. Seulgi found Jimin’s advertisement for house renting through our Korean community at Sydney and contacted him to discuss on the tenancy. After some time, they became friends and fall in love with each other. But, didn’t want to confess about their feeling since both of them were focusing on their career. Well, Jimin was one of the managing director for Korean company that based in Sydney. No wonder he was always busy and didn't want any commitment yet.

Suddenly Jin oppa and his waitress were coming to our table and started serving us. There were bulgogi, seolleongtang, sundubu-jigae, japchae, samgyetang and of course kimchi.
