(Not) Okay

You might think I'm sappy

For meaning what I say

You might think I'm happy

But I'm not gonna be okay

This smile hides deep fears

I only hope it's not fading

It's the only thing that keeps the tears

And heartache from cascading

But I'll keep my sad self busy

And I'll fill this empty heart

I'll fake this joy until I'm dizzy

And do my best not to fall apart
