"i spilled ice cream" i open the fridge

"vanilla?" she laughed, i nod smirking

"bro lexi came over to my house to tell me she's still in love with joey" sophia sighed

i walk to my room and change out of my pjs, i sat on my bed putting on my shoes, i grabbed my backpack and my keys

i walked to the car, "soph i'll be right back"

she nodded, i got out the car and walked back inside, i ran to the living room and joey grabbed my arm

"i'll see you at school" i smile, he smiled and attached his lips on mine, kissing me slowly, "you're beautiful baby" he pulled away

one more hour left till i'm out of this hell hole, i was walking to my locker and felt a arm wrap around me, "hey"

"i texted you like 50 times yesterday" he leaned against the locker next to mine

"i didn't see it, sorry" i close my locker

"it's okay" he smiled and held the door open for me into my english class

i walk inside and walk to my desk, madison was staring at me as i passed by her, i sat down and she turned around "hey" she smiled

i take out my notebook, "umm, you wanna go to a party later tonight" she asked

"who's"

"spencers" she said

my eye caught joey walking into class, he was wearing a blue shirt and white jeans, he winked at me, i smiled and looked back at madison

she turned back around and the bell rang, i finished taking notes and look at lexi, she had her hood on, it looked like she was crying, i felt bad for her, but i also didn't

i felt a tap on my shoulder, it was jack, "what?" i whisper

"you going to the party?"

i nod, "see you there" he smiled

i close my notebook and put my head on the table and fell asleep

*30 minutes later*

"stop" i groan

"it's time to go" i heard mads laugh

i was still sleeping, madison wouldn't stop bothering me and poking me, "no" i sigh

joey laughed, gosh i love his laugh, but i was still tired i mean i was up at 4 am having sex, not a good idea

"wake up baby" his voice was so soft

i flutter my eyes, joeys beautiful eyes looking in mine, he smiled and put his hand on my back, "come on, everyone's gone" he smiled

i felt someone's arms around me, joey picked me up and walked me out of class, "schools over" he laughed

"i can't wait to go home and sleep" i smile

he walked to his locker, "you gotta get down now" he smiled, i got out his hands and sat on the floor

he put his books away and closed his locker, "come on babe" he picked me up again

he kissed my forehead and put me in the back of his car, "are you going to spencers" i ask

"yea, you?" he asked

i nod "yea i'm going with jack"

"jack?" he started the car, "mhm" i stretch

"why"

"i don't know, he just asked me" i shrug my shoulders, "did you hear about what happened between him and madison"

"no, all i know is that he sexually assaulted her but jack denies it"

"yea, he sexually assaulted her" joey said

"he did?" i ask

joey stopped at the red light, we both watched lexi passing by, joey looked at me, "she still likes you"

i changed into jeans and a tank top, i got in my car and drove to spencers.

the place was packed, i parked my car and walked to the front door, i turned the knob

music blasting, people making out, drinking, and dancing. i start walking to the kitchen and felt a arm around my hip, i turn around and it was jack

"hey" i push his arm away, "sup" he smiled, his breath smelled like alcohol

"where's joey" i ask

"why"

"i wanna hang with hi-" i stopped talking and saw soph, i walk over to her, "hey" i smile

"tori" she yelled, she hugged me, "let's go dance" she smiled

she pulled me outside where everyone was dancing, she starts dancing like a goof, i laugh and walk over to the drink

i spill some tequila in my cup and felt a arm wrap around me again, kisses behind my neck, i turned around, "hey baby" joey smiled

"you scared me" i put my drink down

he smiled and pulled me by the waist closer to him, he put his hand on my cheek "you look beautiful"

"thanks" i smile, "now let's go dance"

"sophia is dancing right now"

joey looked at sophia, then at me, "she's walking away tho, look" he pointed to her

sophia was walking back inside, joey pulled me by the arm to the dance floor, "i don't dance" i smile

"but your with me so dance" he grabbed me by the waist, closing the gap between us, "please" he frowned

"fine" i roll my eyes playfully, he smiled and leaned in to kiss me, he tightened his grip around my waist and put his hand on my cheek, i pull away and looked in his eyes

"i can never stop thinking about you" he smiled
