In the world where all the personification of the counties live, there is a parallel universe to their world and in the parallel universe the people, technology, and places are almost exactly the same. The people in the other world are known as 2p's to the people that have heard of them, but most people believe its just a fairy tale. Most of the stories about them say the 2ps are demons and they look like us, but their personalities are completely different.
At the world meeting, it was chaos. They are suppose to be talking about the world problems, but America and England started fighting and they destroyed the room. After the room was destroyed, a lot of the counties started arguing about how they were going to continue the meeting with the room being a complete mess with nowhere to sit and the other counties started to fix/clean the room. Japan was looking at what was going on and was losing it. His calm and politeness had disappeared. He frowned and his brown eyes turned blood red.
“Will you guys stop arguing,” Kuro said.
Everyone went quiet. Kiku rarely spoke without being talked first and he never interfered with fighting. Then Feliciano walked up to who he thought was Kiku and asked “is something wrong?” “Sorry I didn't sleep last night, since its night at my home right now, and I haven't been sleeping well the nights before then too,” Kuro answered. “Your eyes are really red. While we are rebuilding you should sleep,” Feliciano said sounding concerned. “Okay, but wake me up before the meeting starts again,” Kuro replied. “Since I'm the hosting county, you can stay at my house. Follow me,” Feliciano said.
They walked over to Feliciano's house and Kuro went to sleep in one of Feliciano's spare bedrooms, but before he went to sleep he gave Feliciano a golden throwing knife and, said “Germany told me to give this to you,” When Feliciano grabbed it he collapsed. A half of a hour later Luciano woke up and poked Kuro to wake him up. “Luciano, is that you?” Kuro asked sleepily. “Si, where's Lutz?” Luciano asked back. “I haven't gotten to him yet. He is going to be easier for you to trick, but you have to act all happy. If you don't he will think something is wrong with you. Try to lead him away from the others and give this to him” Kuro answered and handed him a small silver dagger. “I'll try,” Luciano said uncertainly. “If that's too hard then try acting like you got a stomach ache from eating to much Gelato and you need medicine,” Kuro suggested. “Are you coming with me?” Luciano asked. “I'm going for Oliver,” Kuro replied.
