5: Princess

There I woke up, my phone beside me. My notifications exploded, including a text from my crush, Yoongi. A little bit of background, me and Yoongi actually like each other, but nothing really happens between us. We just chat and stare at each other when we meet at school. Anyway, he texted, saying Good Morning.

After replying to him, I got up and went downstairs. There I see my mother cooking up some rolled eggs and kimchi as a side dish. As me and my mother ate, I got ready for school as she got ready for work. I wore my clothes and started to prepare to go out to my mom's car. Yoongi and I talked the whole ride, about anything and everything.

I suspected that today would be any normal day where I'd go to school tired and come home tired. But there was an unexpected turn. I saw Yoongi sitting near where my mom always parks. It was a bit suspicious, but Im still a bit shy when I would see him in person. I got out of the car, saying goodbye to my mom and going to my classroom.

Strangely enough, as I closed the door to the car, Yoongi got up, waited for the car to leave and went to me. My heart was racing so much. He got closer to me and said "I thought I should make today a bit different. So Im here to spend all my time with my princess."

What did he mean by "princess"? I surely felt weird and like i was in heaven. It's only 6 AM and Yoongi is already killing me. I calmed down a bit after he walked me to my classroom. We talked a lot while walking. We reached my room, and he waved goodbye and went to his own classroom.

Class went by as usual. With Social Science first, Im already feeling sleepy. Then math class rolls around. After that, English Class went by quick. We then had to go out to eat at the cafeteria. 10 AM, and the bell rang. I packed my things and put some in my locker. I see Yoongi approaching me.

"Hey princess. Lets go eat?" Still, Im not used to him calling me princess. He either calls me by my name or nothing at all. He was extra sweet today, and I still dont know why.

We ate together, of course, a few stares here and there, but our friends knew so they did'nt really mind. 10:40 AM, and the bell rang. We both went to our separate classrooms.

To spare you the boring hours, it was finally time to do dance class, one of the two classes I have with Yoongi. The other one is History, but we just both mostly sleep there. We had to perform a girl group choreography while Yoongi and some other guys had to do boy group choreography. We chose to do Fire by 2ne1. They went and chose Bang Bang Bang by Big Bang. It was our turn first. So we took center stage and started with our performance.

Me, being Minzy, had to have sharp and powerful moves. And that, exactly what I did. We went through the rest of the song with a powerful ending pose. Yoongi was looking at me the entire time so I could'nt help but feel nervous at the start.

It was soon their turn to dance, and I felt really excited. Not just by seeing Yoongi dance but also by how he's gonna feel when Im watching him. I could tell he was nervous before they began. But as the song started he was still a bit nervous. I gave him a little "Fighting!" gesture. After that, he seemed to have calmed down.

Lunch was exactly the same as recess. We ate together and returned to our last 2 classes.

After that, it was time to go home. I saw Yoongi waiting outside our room since they were let to go home 5 minutes early. We walked home and before going to our separate houses, he kissed me on my forehead and said "I love you, Y/N."

Now tell me that I did'nt just have the best day of my life.
