Chapter 5

That day you decided to go to the store to do some grocery shopping for you and your mom. You lived only with your mom because your dad passed away when you were a little kid. You had no siblings. You walked to the grocery store, alone. You were looking for milk but suddenly you felt someone grabbing your shoulders. You quickly turned around and looked straight in Ethan's eyes. You were not the same person since  a couple boys tried to rape you. You were scared of everything and looked around you every single second to make sure nobody's following you. 'I'm sorry, did I scare you'. 'No, no. Hey Ethan'. He looked at the milk through the glass, opened the fridge and grabbed it for you. 'I saw you staring at the milk, not that I was watching you'. You both laughed. It was good to be happy again, you didn't laugh since Byron broke up with you. 'Thank you. You're the first one who made me laugh since that day. Can I ask you something?' Ethan put a smirk on: 'Sure'. 'I need your number...Just so you can help us. We made a declaration just this morning and I need you as my witness'. His smirk  changed in a big smile while listening you. 'Ofcourse, give me your phone'. You grabbed your phone and gave it to Ethan. He saved his number in your phone and gave it back to you. 'So, y/n what are you doing here all alone? I mean why...' Suddenly Ashley and Byron popped out of nothing. Your heart started to beat fast. They came just around the corner and looked at you at the same time. You heard Ethan in the background still talking while Byron and Ashley came closer and closer. The panic increased. You grabbed Ethan's face while he was talking and came really close. You whispered: 'I'm sorry Ethan'. You kissed Ethan full on the lips and went through his hair. Ethan was surprised but softly grabbed your waist. You were standing on your toes because Ethan was much taller than you. You actually liked the way his warm and soft lips felt. In the corner of your eye you saw Ashley and Byron staring at you and then disappear around the corner. When you were sure they left you dropped everything, apologized one more time to Ethan and run out the store. 'Y/n! Wait!'
