Chapter 1 - Vacation House

Lunetta POV:

We finally made it to North Carolina two long flights are not good for my back I stretch when we got off the plane. "Terram o dulcis Terrae"(Land oh sweet Land) I shouted kissing the ground I got a few stares but oh well I look over to see Eleana holding in her laughter  "mitescere eius Non usquam Luna"(calm down its not going anywhere Luna) she says and grabs my hand. 

We took our bags and left Eleana hold her arms like a good little girl and wave the taxi down but none didn't stop I shook my head at Eleana fail attempts I yelled "AY YO TAXI" luckly 2 taxi's stop we quickly entered the taxi and drove off to our vacation home our parents bought when we were kids. "Te nuper clamavit"(You should've just yelled) I said in amusement. "te quam sentio de crocus" (You know how I feel about yelling) Eleana said quietly. 

I sigh Eleana always was a quiet girl and manage to calm me down every time I get angry or frustrated but lately she been too quiet for my liking. I hold her hand and kiss it I wish I could talk to her or make her open up to me like she use to do with me. We pull up to the house and paid the taxi driver the house was beautiful but we rarely use it.

I turn to Eleana and said " Tibi clavem"(Do you have the key) Eleana shook her head "non ego tibi eam" (no I thought you had it) I shook my head and kick the door open. At that moment Eleana says "Heus! Est non a key sub grabattum?" (Hey! Isn't there a key under the mat?) 

I let out a frustrated scream and walk inside as Eleana got the key the place had dust everywhere but, I guess that's what happen when its been empty for 10 years. I took my bag and found my old bedroom it had a queen size bed with pink covering, white wooded dressers with mirrors on it, and a toy box filled with barbie dolls and other toys. 

After putting my clothes in the dressers I went downstairs to find Eleana she's washing the windows with an old rag she found somewhere

"Opus auxilium"(Need help) I ask. She turn to me and smile "Yes! Can you please cut on music, write down what you want for dinner, then fix the door, faucet, and toilet. Thanks" She says with a smile I smile back and did what she ask. 

We finish cleaning at 6:00 pm we collapse on the couch exhausted the house was spic and span not a single dust anywhere. Eleana jump off the couch came back 2 minutes with a laptop I raise my eyebrows and ask what she is doing. "Well we have to go to high school Silly" She says flicking my nose. "There are 2 high schools in this area Wolfbane and Branford" she look onto there websites "Its says Wolfbane has a excellent classes; cooking class, Parenting classes, dance classes, and Oh music I love this school" 

"Next school" I said "Please it's such a good school" she pleaded with a puppy dog eyes "Next school"

"And did I mention their martial arts and mechanic classes" I groan "Where's the school located at" 

"Just 2 miles away see not far at all" She says with an excited face 

"Okay I will go-" she jump up excited "only under one condition you will have to do at least one physical class with me" it was her turn to groan 

"Okay I'll do it" After she agreed with my circumstances she fill out our applications. We order pizza deciding to go grocery shopping tomorrow. We went to bed at 10:00pm feeling the running from wolves and flying catching up on us. 

I hear creaking noises in the house signalling somebody is either sneaking in or Eleana is up I watch as my doorknob turn I pretend I'm asleep scared at the thought of Eleana waking up to this. The person step inside but as soon as she step inside I already knew it was Eleana she got into the bed with me and cuddle up to me.

"Lunetta'' she said I mumbled 'yes'

"Do you think they will find us" She ask I turn around to see unleash tears in her eyes. "No and if they do I will make sure that you will get away unharmed. It's going to be okay Laney" I said using her nickname. " I love you." 

"Love you too"
