Nightmares

I can see myself in class.

I can't hear a single thing.

I can tell everyone is talking. Momo and Todoroki, Ochaco and Deku, and all the people who I shipped were talking together.

I stood there, looking at Todoroki, until he suddenly bowed down to Momo, and I can see her tearing up.

Momo and Todoroki then kiss happily.

I feel my pulsing heart for them beat, millions, and millions of times.

I'm happy for them, right?

So why are there tears streaming down my face?

I see the same happen to Deku and Uraraka.

Why is it getting worse?

Everyone is confessing, and when the last two finally stop, they all look at me.

I feel their gaze burning into me.

'You're not welcome, why are you here?'

'Commit suicide, nobody really needs you here.'

I feel.. terrible.

Suddenly, I'm in a different room.

I see everyone abducted by the villains, their arms and legs tied down with rope.

I want to feel.. heroic, right?

Why is it that I just want to leave them there?

God. Is this a dream?

I pinch myself.

Nothing happened.

'I'll save you!'

I reach my hand out, but they all disintegrated before me.

Where am I?

It seems I'm locked up somewhere.

There's nobody here, and then I see the door opening.

Oh god.

Shigaraki and Kirogiri come closer.

I still can't hear.

Shigaraki touches me, and I feel myself disintegrate.

You suddenly wake up and you try to control yourself.
"Y/N?"
"Hm?"
Todoroki was awake.

"A nightmare..?"
"Wait, how did you.."
"You talk in your sleep."
"God damnit."

"I-I don't want to talk about it."
"Y/N. You are basically my sister. I'm more close to you than my dad, for god sake."
"I know that! I just.. don't want to talk about it.. please."
"I'm not letting you do that."

"Why..? I just don't want to talk about it, that's all? Why are you getting so mad?"
"Do I have to explain?"
"Yes."
"I don't want to let you go down this road like this. I could tell what dream you had. I can't let you believe that we all hate you."

You looked at him.

"I d-don't want you to hate me for doing t-this, Todoroki.." you leaned on him, tears coming out of your eyes.
"I don't mind."
"W-Why? I cou-could tell y-you hate me so w-why do you do th-this?"
"When did I ever say I hated you?" He suddenly hugged you.
"T-Todoroki.." His grip got tighter onto you.
"Do I need more to prove I don't hate you?"

"Would you ever do this to Momo?"
"Y/N, why would I do this to Momo? Sisters and girlfriends are different, you know that."
"Would you do this to Fumei?"
"I would, but she doesn't need support anymore. She's on her own now, looking to help the world."

You felt as if time stopped, just for you two. You felt as if silence echoed down the hallways, and nobody could ever break it.

"Thanks, Todo.." you wiped tears from your eyes. He separated from the hug.
"You can take the bet off.." you laughed.
"Why would I? You were supporting me so much."
"Fine.. Baka.."
"Hey, now you're ok again." He smiled.
"Let's go back to sleep."

God, not again.

I still can't hear a thing.

Todoroki sits in front of me, but something feels off.

I realize his hair is flipped, (his white was now on his left, and his red was on his right, Same with his eyes.) and it started to give me a headache.

'Y/N!' His hair is now back to normal.

'Please..' he said, before his hair was flipped again.

What the hell is going on?

'You're not wanted.'

No no no no...

'I can't believe you fell for him. He was just a fraud.'

No...

'He never really liked you.'

Wait the fuck on.

'Y-You're not Todoroki!'

'What do you mean?' His hair was back to normal.

'Huh? I thought..'

'Y/N.. what the hell have you done?' He was still the normal Todoroki.

'See, he doesn't even trust you!' He flipped again.

Why? Why can I not imagine his hug?

Why can I not remember what we did?

I can barely remember his name...

Why did I..

"Y/N! Y/N! WAKE UP!"

You were launched out of your dream, and Todoroki was above you, his face now relaxed after you had woken up. He sighed. "Thank goodness." He said. "Please don't tell me you had another nightmare." He pleaded. "Oh, I did." You said. "WTF"

"What was it about this time?"
"Y-You."
"Huh?"
"You, Todoroki. You were someone I didn't know, and.." you trailed off again, and you fought back tears coming to your eyes. "I hate this.." you tried to smile, but could barely manage it.

"Was I fake?" He asked.
"Y-Yes.."
"That has happened to me once too, you know."
"W-What?"

"You were there. You were fake. You told me I was nothing, and that I should give up on being your friend. I could barely remember your name, and all the things we've done." He said.
"But did I give up on you?" He asked.

"I can't take this. Not again. I've had this dream multiple times.. Todo.." you clung onto him as you broke down into tears.
"Y/N. I will always be real. I will never betray you or forget who you are. I will never put you down nor will I ever insult you. Do you understand what I am saying? Those are just nightmares." He said.

"God.. I'm becoming like Izuku, aren't I?" You laughed, tears slowly streaming down your face again. "Don't worry Y/N, it'll be ok.." he patted your back. "It's 6:38, and it seems like the girls are talking. I can hear them from here." Todoroki said to you. "You can join them, I don't know what else can comfort you." He said.

"Sure, I'll be back, Todo." You waved at him as you got up and left to where the girls were talking.

OH GOD BROTHER TODOROKI IS BEST TODOROKI AAAA
I love writing about MC and Todoroki, it's pretty amazing. I know, I know I put the spotlight on him, but honestly I can't get enough of him.
