My First Case of Bullying

At a young age, in headstart. I know this is young. But, I don't know if you would call this bullying.
My teacher used to get mad every day because my shoes came untied and I did not know how to tie them.
She began after so many weeks, taping my strings together.
And I had to go home every day and cut the tape off my shoes.
Nice teacher. But a bully of sorts.
