It was our first offical say in France. Noah was so excited that he woke me up at 6:30am, jumping around like a little kid. "Your such a dork Noah," I smirked getting out of bed. He rolled his eyes playfully in response, "todays gonna be a big day Shelly, I'm taking you to... The Eiffel Tower!" I rubbed the sleep out of my eyes. Noah hugged me tight and I nearly fell back asleep into his arms, "dork" he smirked.
After spending 30 minutes trying to get ready, Noah basically dragged me out the hotel because he was tired of waiting for me to get ready. "I wanna put a little bit of effort into my appearence," I stated as he continued to drag me out the room. He stopped and looked at me, "you don't need makeup, your already beautiful," I smiled and hugged him tightly.
He kissed my forehead and then picked me up bridal style, since we were about to head down the stairs. I need to get over this phobia, I sighed as Noah placed me back onto the ground. He held my hand as we waited for the bus. It finally got hear and are lungs were filled with the smell of gasoline. We stepped on and sat down in the front seat, it wasn't packed thankfully since I had claustrophobia really badly.
After ten minutes we finally made it to are location. The Eiffle was more beautiful in person, "we found something that stands taller then you for once" I chuckled holding Noah's hand tightly. He playfully rolled his eyes and chuckled softly in response. My stomach growled louder then a lions roar, I felt embarrased as Noah burst out laughing, "okay Shelly we'll get something to eat." I nodded in response my face still red as Noah led me into the direction of the resturant.
We went to a fancy resturant with loads of LED lights being displayed everywhere. It was packed byt thankfully we managed to get a seat. We had a view of the Eiffle tower and many other buildings. Noah handed me a bouquet of roses, "I love you Shelly" he said happily, "I love you too Flynn" I smirked sniffing the roses. They were beautiful, I placed a kiss on Noah's cheak and are food finally arrived. I ordered strawberry waffles and Noah got the same but with blueberrys.
After we ate we headed to the mall to check out the clothing stores and buying souvenirs to remember this wonderful trip. I also wanted to get something for Lee and Rachel, I remebered when we were younger Lee always wanted to go to Paris. He once even made the Eiffle Tower completely out of card board and other objects around the house that he could find. Lets just say Mr snd Mrs Flynn were not impressed when they found out he had accidently broken a vase.
I ended up buying a really nice coat, which was matching with Noah of course. He was reluctant at first but soon gave in because his weakness were my puppy dog eyes. We then explored some chocolate and cake shops, I drooled at the sight of a red velvet cake displayed in the window. I let go of Noah's hand and ran over and rapidly opened the door to the shop all while Noah was chasing me.
"Elle put it down," Noah motioned with his finger looking at the four boxes of red velvet birthday cakes in my hands. "My precious," I chanted like smeagol. The boxes were stuck to me like super glue. Noah sighed, "can we have a bag please," the shop keeper nodded and started to scan all four boxes all while my eyes were fixed on them. "Red velvet is a really good choice" complimented the employee. "Oh yes! We had red velvet for our wedding," of course Noah didn't have a choice because its basically my favourite cake in the whole world. "Ah nice, that will me 25€ please" Noah payed the women and we headed out the store and mall in a second worried that I would find something else.
We made it back to the hotel room after a long day, I was holding onto those cake boxes like my life depended on it. We ordered room service and sat on our balcony enjoying are view. "Are first day was a complete success!" Exclaimed Noah feeding me some cake. I nodded in reponse with a mouthfull of cake. "I can't wait what tomorrow brings" I said excitedly, "oh its gonna be a good one!" Said Noah happily.
After finishing our meal we went to bed, "Just wait Shelly there are more surprises to come!" I snuggled into Noah's arms as I was about to drift off. "I love you Mrs Flynn," he said resting his chin on my head, "I love you too Mr Flynn." We both then drifted off to sleep.
