Ashley was on her way home from school and notice that something wasn't right.When she walked inside she saw her mom sitting on the couch crying. What's wrong? Ashley asks. Your father is back in the hospital.
Ashley's dad Shawn was very ill and he had cancer spreading all trough out his body. What happened ? Says Ashley. He passed out and he wouldn't wake up so I had to call 911 . Says Mom.Well is he going to be ok ? asks Ashley. I'm not sure . Can we go see him ? yes. get ready and go get your sister Kim.
We got to the hospital , but the nurse wouldn't let us in to see dad. She said we have to wait another 15 to 20 minutes.A few minutes later the doctor came out and told us that it was ok for us to go see dad. Mom ran up to him and kissed him . Then me and my sister huged him and I didn't want to let go.It looks like he is doing well but he has to stay over night. Says the doctor.How long do you think he has to stay ? Mom asked . I'm not sure yet . says the doctor . Alright.
The next morning Ashley woke up to a loud banging noise on the door. It was her brother Paul. What's all the noise for ? Asks Ashley. sorry I left my keys. Oh ok, did u go see dad ? Yes. How is he ? The doctor said he's getting worse. Hey guys what's all the commotion about ? Asked mom . Dad is getting worse !! What are we going to do?! what if he dies.Says Ashley in a panic.
