You no longer greet me in those exotic ways
I could tell that our relationship was fusible
from day one
I thought that we were going to geminate
and embark in new adventures as a couple
Yet I felt our connection fade
You used to gaunt on my none muscular shoulders
whenever you cried
You use to call me by my sobriquet
well I guess that all faded away with your
none spurious smiles and hugs .
Your words were never near being lethal till
you told me that you needed space
Leaving my membrane with sorrowful thoughts
I can feel it fade
"She toyed with my devotion, now I am afflicted"
