The hoarse rope dug deeper into her skin as she wriggled out the tight knot. Her eyes scanned the surrounding where she was held captive by Natalia.

She noticed how the run down building's crumbled parts were charred black which any minute from then, could cave in. Rust can be seen on the exposed metal beam, attached to it was a swirl of vines cascading down the floor.

A beautiful ruin

Which might be the last sight she'll see if she doesn't find a way out fast.

She shook her head, dismissing such thoughts

"I must come home to Hugo or die trying." She resolved as she tried to look for an exit and found two.

One was the french window on her left, its grills distorted with shattered glass sticking out, the smokey dent on it leaving a ghastly impression from her view in the corner where she was tied.

She would fit there, with a couple of cuts if she made it through the sticking shards.

The other was the redwood door in tatters facing her, a portal to what she assumed was the assembly area outside.

Natalia had left a couple minutes ago. Presumably to get some dinner since it had started to get dark out leaving her enough time to formulate an escape plan.

For the past few hours she had tried her best to count every minute with the corresponding swerve and turns of the vehicle, along with the noise surrounding her while she was blindfolded in hopes of finding her way back.

Being pretty has its perks she figured. Glad that the beautiful were stereotyped as simply that, hiding a dangerous mind that could change the tide of the game.

She finally made progress as she felt the knot loosen on her wrist as she persevered in wriggling her hands in a synchorinized pattern to escape from its bound. 10 minutes have passed when she fully undid the knots immediately heading on to the ropes at her feet.

She hesitated between making a run for it or staying to get more information out of her captor when she heard approaching footsteps making her opt for the latter, arranging the ropes in a manner that looks like it still held her down.

"Natalia" she croaked in a weak whimper, acting the perfect hopeless prisoner.

"My, my, so eager to see me aren't you?" Natalie retorted, a smirk on her lovely face as she made her way to her holding utensils on her right and a plastic bag reeking a delicious aroma of something savory.

"Just let me go Lia, I swear I won't tell on you." she begged, hoping she was able to hide her hostility as she itched to make a run for it.

Not yet. She mentally scolded herself.

"No leavin me again! You hear? Now, you used to feed me lots back then now its my turn. Say ahhhh!" Natalia playfully commanded as she set the chinese food she got on the table in front of her while scrunching down her side.

Mona defiantly stared back with no plans of abiding her instruction.

"EAT!" Natalia shrieked in hysterics as she forced Mona's mouth open stuffing her until she was no longer able to hold it all blocking her throat, making it difficult for her to breath.

Natalia became alert as she scrambled to get her water before she choke to death which Mona gulped down in furious haste. Natalia softened her gaze at her, cupping Mona's cheeks as an apologetic gesture. She resumed feeding her.

"Why?" she asked needing to know.

"Because you left me. I had to have you back. You said you love me but you still went with Hugo!!!" she complained in a childlike voice she knew all too well.

"N-natasha?!" Mona's brow knit in recollection. Natasha was her bestfriend, who died in the fire when the foster home burned down. It was her all along!

"The one and only!" she animatedly bowed as her eyes had the look of insanity in them.

"H-how did you survive?" she meekly asked unsure if she was glad her friend was alive or not since she had turned into this madwoman.

"Survive? Well, I can't be dead in the own fire I started!" she spoke as a matter of factly earning a gasp from Mona.

"You see, I wanted to follow you but they stopped me. They didn't even want me there. I was furious!!! Mat mat, Zero the jerk and even Shrek stopped me so I had to do it." Calm as the dawn she recited, vividly recalling such events with a smile which made Mona shiver.

"I killed them." she added now gazing straight at her, grazing the fork on her skin which left red scratch like marks on her pale white complexion.

"They've hurt you a lot back then too! Don't feel bad for them. You always told me to stand up for myself and I did. I knew you'd be proud but then I can't come after you I was bloody!"

"No no no! Mona scared of blood! So I had to wait. I burned the house down so the bad guys won't trap me in a cell then I ran away, simple as that." she elaborated, furiously shaking her head.

"I endured my queen, I was adopted by the Sereznokovas. Filthy rich people who wanted me to follow after the business which I have no plans of. I wanted to be a cop so I can find you but no! They have to be stubborn so I killed them too." she continued her monologue as the fork made its way down her legs sending goosebumps all over her body as the cold metal came in contact to her skin.

"You were kind Nat! You shouldn't have killed those innocent people!" Mona couldn't help her outburst. Fighting the urge to make her escape, waiting for the perfect moment.

"Innocent? They kept me from you. It is a just punishment!" she reasoned, her eyes palpitating with every blink she made.

"So to continue my story, I became a cop and was assigned to the same precinct as Shawn. Then I learned you were living together. Did you know how mad I was!?!" she yelled louder slamming her fist at the table before adding.

"So I pulled some strings to get into Shawn's unit. To get into your life! Then I've learned I have an artsy shit for a rival. I had to level up my game. I started taunting Hugo. He was hilariously in love with you! So while he was busy looking for my rival I had more opportunity to make my moves."

"So Nat wasn't the one behind the paintings!?" She concluded, shivering in fright as her thoughts brought her to the situation at hand. Nat pointing the fork at her neck then snickered.

"Now you're all mine!"

She knew then that she was playing with danger the longer she stayed.
