lydia and i met up after school and i was honestly pretty excited. maybe she will turn out to be my best friend after this or maybe she won't like me after this and won't want to talk to me. that's my worst fear.
lydia picked me up from her car in front of the school and she waved. i smiled and went inside her car. (picture on top)
"hey girl!" lydia yelled from out of her car.
it seemed like we were best friends already.
"hey!" i waved and walked towards her car.
i got into her fancy ass car and wish i had that much money at that point to afford a car. "wow you have a nice car." i commented on her beautiful bmw.
she smiled and jokingly said, "thanks bitch! wanna come over my house or yours?"
i felt like we should do her house. my family doesn't like when new people come over. it's weird. we agreed to do her house.
we drove to her house talking about so much. she said how happy she met me because she had no one in the beginning and honestly same. i also told her about all the guys to give her a gist of what our school is like. she told me she would never get with any of them and i agreed.
i showed her the pictures of everyone including ethan, jayden and my "boyfriend" jake. i didn't get to tell her about my fake boyfriend. im nervous about telling her.
when we got to her house my phone was ringing and i realized that jake was calling.
she looked over me and said, "who's jake?" until she realized who it was and she got confused.
i answered and said "hey jake what's up?" with a little nervousness in my voice.
he responded with, "hi, im going to a party tonight and after im going to sleep at your house tonight."
i got confused to why he wanted to come. oh, is it for sex? he better not.
i rolled my eyes and asked why.
he said, "it's literally a block away from your house. i really want to go to a banger tonight."
i just said "alright" and hung up.
lydia was still totally confused from her expression and then she asked, "why were you taking to jake klaine?"
i told her, "please don't freak out but he might be my boyfriend."
she put on a shocked expression and said, "your boyfriend? jake klaine? your boyfriend?"
i told her, "well our parents kind of forced us to date. long story. i hate him anyways and we didn't do anything. i never planned on it."
lydia sighed because she was nervous for me. i was nervous for myself too.
lydia warned me and said, "be careful autumn."
i told her honestly, "i will lydia. i promise. we've been together for like two years now. i've got it under control."
we played a game and asked each other a few questions. i asked lydia, "if you had to get with one of the guys who would you get with?"
lydia replied with confidence and said, "oh that's an easy one. totally jayden. he's the most attractive."
then she asked me who i would get with and i replied with, "hmm... let me think. maybe ethan dolan. i don't know. i feel like there is good in him somewhere he's been through a rough past."
lydia was shocked i said that and said, "nah there isn't anymore good in him... if there was."
i didn't agree but i didn't want to start anything so i just stayed quiet.
"tell me about yourself." i told lydia.
lydia sighed and told me,"nah i'd prefer not."
i nodded and i laughed, "you can stay mysterious."
she frowned and said, "i'll tell you my story when im ready. it's just hard for me to talk about it."
i totally understood and said, "of course! you can tell em whenever you're ready."
she hugged me and said, "thanks autumn."
i nodded and we just hung out in her room afterwards. it was a fun time. we talked about our favorite things and did our nails. she was a good friend and someone i can trust. i knew just from the first time i met her.
i hope she is as trustworthy as i think...
i got a text from jake and he asked where i was. i realized it was getting late. i told him i was at my friend lydia's house. he said, "wow you actually have a friend.". wow he is actually an asshole. why do i have to date him. he asked me if i needed a ride home. i told him yes because i felt bad to ask lydia for a ride home. but before i could trust him to pick me up i asked him one question...
"are you drunk?" i texted him.
"idk maebey" he texted back.
i knew he was drunk with his spelling errors and he always drinks at parties.
"get an uber home. i got a ride." i texted him back.
he said okay and i asked lydia to drive me. i didn't want to ask my mom she is always so lazy and never comes on time.
when lydia was driving me home i was wonder what would happen if i broke up with jake? then i thought of an idea he might agree with.
