jikook -❛we were never tragic❜

The winter wind blew furiously against him making him quiver and shiver in cold. Hands inside his pockets, he tried to get some warmth as he made his way towards the café.

The café door open with a clang as the cold wind followed him inside but hushed once he shut the door harshly. It was warm inside, Jimin's going to be staying here a while.

He made his way to the corner tables with less people, nodding every once in a while whenever his eyes met a staff member as in to show respect of their presence. Jimin's always been a polite quiet boy. Well, not always quiet but he's been this way since three years.

Jimin watched the many cars run by as he took a sip from his bitter espresso. Ugh the taste burned his tongue but he drank it nonetheless. He hates bitter things but he's gotten so used to it that a bitter coffee doesn't even stand against a bitter love.

Bitter love. The thought of him makes Jimin die a little on the inside, makes him feel depressed because Jimin stills misses him. He misses his scent, his lips, his smile, his warmth, his voice but he also wanted to hate all of those because he left him and he's never coming back.

As time went by Jimin learned to love and cherish the memories he had with his past lover. He learned that he has his best time with him and he would never forget him. He learned to accept himself and accept the fact that he was the one for him and Jimin was not the one for him.

And so now Jimin sits inside a small cozy café, drinking his bitter espresso and remembering his sweet moments with Jungkook.
