With it only being my second experience of the bifrost I couldn't help but look around in awe as the portal of colour caressed my senses. I held Loki's hand loosely as we travelled through space, aware of his occasional looks towards me I blushed slightly. Maybe now Loki no longer had to pretend he was someone he wasn't his feelings towards me would become more noticeable. Moments later we had arrived on Midgard. I had never been anywhere apart from Asgard and that horrible desert land so the loud noises, concrete towers and strange clothing was all new and a shook to me. Loki noticed my anxious look and took my hand rubbing his thumb softly over my knuckles. I gave him a small smile before a flash of green surrounded us both transforming our Asgardian robes into Midgardian attire. Loki was dressed in all black, he had trousers and a jacket along with a knotted cloth around his neck. I had no idea what these garments were called although they were extremely smart. When I looked down at myself I saw that I too was clothed in a black jacket and trousers with an emerald green silk blouse beneath it. I rose an eyebrow to the colour choice which earned a smirk from Loki. I shook my head and laced my arm with his before Loki led Thor and myself towards the place he had told us Odin was being held.
Where a building once stood, rubble and busy workman had replaced. Thor stood with an umbrella and his arms crossed unimpressed beside us. "I swear I left him right here" Loki deadpanned looking forward at the destruction. "Right here on the side walk? Or right there where the building is being demolished?" Thor replied. I sighed, unlinking myself from Loki and looking around at the wonders of this new realm. "Great planning!" Thor finished. "How was I supposed to know? I can't see into the future. I'm not a witch." Loki defended crossing his arms and looking over to me as I brought my attention back to the brothers. "No? Then why do you dress like one" Thor exclaimed looking Loki up and down. I let out a giggle much to Thor's satisfaction and Loki's displeasure. "Hey" Loki expressed before Thor continued. "I can't believe you're alive. I saw you die. I mourned you, I saw Zeanna cry for you." Thor stated looking to me then the floor. "I'm honoured" Loki replied before being cut of once more. "Did you know?" Thor questioned towards me as he kicked a pebble on the floor. "Not for hours, maybe days. I don't know how long I was there" I answered honestly looking down myself. Before more could be said a few Midgardian girls asked Thor for a 'photograph', and whilst he obliged which earned him an eye roll from Loki, I continued to look away.
"Zeanna?" I looked to Loki and hummed. "I'm sorry you had to relive that I..." Before he could finish Thor spoke up in the middle of a pose. "Start figuring out where he is" he said. Loki looked to me with a sad smile before one of the girls apologized to Thor about Jane dumping him. Me and Loki turned to the God of Thunder, eyebrows raised. "She didn't dump me you know. I dumped her. It was a mutual dumping" Loki went to pat his brothers back before a circle of orange sparks circled his feet. Myself and Thor stood away as we watched Loki's feet become surrounded. "What's this? What, what, are you doing?!" I exclaimed as I stood beside Thor looking at Loki's shocked expression. "This isn't me" Loki expressed before the floor beneath him vanished and he let out a yelp. Loki had disappeared and so had the sparks. Instead where he stood was a small piece of paper. I looked to Thor nervously whilst he gingerly prodded the piece of paper with his umbrella "Loki?" he whispered before bending down and picking it up.
"What does it say?" I asked as I peered over his shoulder. "It's an address" he grumbled before he began walking forward. I followed quietly behind. I was trying desperately hard to contain my anxieties. The thought of being alone on this strange planet frightened me beyond belief and with Thor striding forward with no great concern for me, the darkening thoughts that my brain was imagining began to grow ever stronger. Before too long Thor began to slow as we reached a grand building with a beautiful circular window. Thor banged on the large doors as I stood close behind him and suddenly we were inside, with no recollection of the door ever opening. I stood closer to the God of Thunder as I chewed my nails desperately trying to calm my anxiety. We looked around the room we were in and voice called our names. "Thor Odinson, and Lady Zeanna" we turned towards the large circular window to see a man floating before us. Thor out stretched his arm protectively in front of me as I backed away thankfully. The man came towards us. His cape moving majestically before he stopped in front of us. Thor held up his umbrella and the unmistakable sound of the Mjolnir filled my ears. Ohh that's what it is I thought as the man before us rose his eyebrows.
