||Chapter 16: police and plans||

Lauren's POV

They thought they were safe? Hell no. I'm on my way to her apartment to get Hayes arrested. I knew my plan would work like a charm. When we arrived we went to her apartment and she came right in front of the door. God she looks so ugly. Why doesn't she die already?

"Hello mam does Hayes Grier live in this apartment?" the officer asked

"Yes, why?" She says

"He is being arrested because of woman abuse, to this lady right here."

Then Hayes walks past her and the officers barge in. They grab Hayes and handcuff him. They escorted him out and he kept on saying,

"Janhvi, I am coming back. Don't worry!"

Oh god that was so annoying. This was working though. Part A is finished but part B is just beginning. Once he gets bailed out Janhvi will probably be angry at him. Then I will step in and calm Hayes down. I will persuade him to stay at my place and then direct message Janhvi with an unknown number showing her a picture of me and Hayes kissing. This is perfect!

Janhvi's POV

"Hello mam, does Hayes Grier live in this apartment?" the officer asked

"Yes, why?"

"He is being arrested because of woman abuse, to this lady right here." He says

I told Hayes not to do anything. He's is going to be in jail now. I just put my hands over my mouth and tears come instantly. I just walk back till I reach the wall. I then see Hayes being handcuffed. My life just vanished. Questions started to blurt up, would he ever do this to me? Before I know it the paparazzi comes. They surrounded the hotel and were banging on my door. My whole life flashed before my eyes. Everything got blurry and the next thing I know is that I'm in a hospital room. I hear all the machines running and my friends saying,

"Hurry up, faster!"

"Janhvi, don't close your eyes!"

"Stay with us Janhvi!"

Janhvi I love you

I wanted to hear Hayes. All I could see was blood streaming down my forehead. I was now in a hospital room getting stitches. I was fine now, but I wanted to see Hayes. I got up and ran out of the room. I went to Daniela and asked,

"Where is Nash?"

"Bailing Hayes." Daniela said

"Daniela, do you think Hayes will ever hit me?" I ask

"No, never, he loves you too much. If you picked him up from the airport, all you would hear are questions about you!"

"Okay." I said

By the time we reached home Hayes was right behind us. We went into my apartment and I just went to change my clothes. I wore a yellow tank that said yes, no, maybe, so? and some black yoga pants. I really liked my outfit. I walked out and bumped into Hayes. I just couldn't say anything to him. I was scared, and upset at him. I walked past him. I didn't have any feelings for him. I used to think that we could be together again, but no. The paparazzi had already took dozens of photos of me and Hayes. I hope they don't write anything bad in the newspaper.

It was getting really late and everyone else already had lasagna that I made. I didn't take a bite. I don't know why, but I wasn't hungry. All I had today was cereal. Yum, cinnamon toast crunch. Nash and Cam had some with me and it was pretty funny.

I didn't wanna spend the night sleeping with Hayes, so I slept on the couch.

Hayes' POV

Is she seriously gonna sleep on the couch? When it's was about 12 a.m I got out of bed and walked into the living room. Then I went into the kitchen and got some mint chocolate chip ice cream. I remembered this is her favorite. I walked over to the couch and looked at her.

I didn't mean to hurt her. I would never hurt her.

She then opened her eyes. She looked at me, didn't say anything. I could see sadness in her eyes.

"Hayes, y-you said you didn't push her too hard."

"I didn't it, wait I didn't do anything to her." I said

"What do you mean?"

"Didn't you smell a lot of makeup when you were close to her?" I ask

"Her face showed that she did use makeup."

"She put makeup on her arms and shoulders." I said

"Oh my gosh Hayes! I know you were mad but you can't just say false things!"

"Janhvi, I'm not lieing!"

She got up and took the ice cream, went to our room and closed the door. I ran after her and took the ice cream out of her hands, I put it on the table and went right next to her. I pulled her close to me, real close.
