〚Jaspers POV 〛

*beep beep*

Stupid alarm, go die in hell. I mean what-?

Uh hi, my name is Jasper. My friends call me Jasp. Just kidding, I don't have friends for that to happen. Anyway, I stand at about 5'7, I'm pretty skinny but average, I have dark hair, and yeah. People say I'm shy, quiet, and weird? I don't know. I have social anxiety, therefore making it hard to even talk to people.

I recently moved, I lived in Pennsylvania for about 12 years now. But I also lived in France for 5 years, and yeah, since I moved I go to a new school and- Wait I'm supposed to be getting ready for school! Damn it.

I groaned and pulled myself off the bed, using my blanket as a robe. The curtains were shut, and the windows were open. And personally I loved it like that, since the weather here was pretty cool anyway.

I got dressed in a 'My Chemical Romance' t-shirt, Black skinny jeans, and a beanie. And to top it all off, a hoodie. Mmm. Hoodies are my favourite things in the world. Have no clothes? Hoodie. Feeling cold? Hoodie. Want to be cuddled but have no friends? Hoodie. Want to be dead? Choke yourself with the strings of a hoodie. They can solve almost anything.

I grabbed my book bag off the floor, and headed downstairs for breakfast. I live in a house alone, in a small neighborhood. My house was simple, and mostly gray and black. They are my favorite colours, well they're shades but still.

I grabbed a granola bar from the counter, and headed outside locking the doors. I then headed off to school, taking in the view and the air of this place. It was kind of chilly, but not too much. The sun was covered by a lot of clouds, and there was a slight breeze. A lot of red, orange, and yellow leaves covered the ground, and people already had Halloween decorations up.

I remember when my family used to do that. I smiled at the memory. My family. My parents were both pretty young, but they passed away. Both were murdered, right in my own house when I was 10. It's tragic to see your parents die right in front of your eyes. I have ptsd from that, and let me tell you it sucks. The thought randomly crosses my mind occasionally, and I get massive panic attacks from it and things like that.

I lived with my uncle until I turned 16 actually, then I was able to actually afford a nice two story house.

I also have a big brother, I don't really know where he is now. He was....an abuser, so I always got pulled away from him. He eventually went to jail for attempted murder. I wonder if he ever got out.

I made it to the front of the school, and some eyes were on me. Probably because I'm new. I entered the school, walking into the main office. The women smiled, stepping to the counter "Hello, How May I help you?" She asked. "Uh hi, I'm new, I was here yesterday for the registration?" I said.

"Oh yes of course! Jasper Garcia correct?" She asked. I nodded and she smiled giving me my schedule. "I'm Dawn, If you need any help, either come here, ask a teacher, or maybe a student in the hall. Have a good day!" She smiled. She's a smiley girl.

Homeroom didn't start until 8:30, and it was currently 8. Surprisingly there were lots of people, just roaming the school talking with their friends. Maybe I could make a friend.
