Another week passed at Autobot Outpost Omega-1. Prowl's recovery was going well, and he had started to train again. Ratchet continued his repairs on the damaged groundbridge, but it would take a lot of work to get it operational again...

Optimus walked to the main computer in response to an alert that had sounded. Ratchet was busy with repairs and Optimus had much experience with computers anyway, so he had taken over monitor duty.

Optimus's optics narrowed as he read the alert.

"Whoa, you sure are flexible!" Miko said looking up from her notepad to watch Prowl train out on the top of the base-mountain.

"A cyberninja must have a high range of motion to execute the right movements in battle," Prowl replied coolly as he jumped up from his stance and did a quick backflip before landing in another low stance.

Miko smiled. She set her notepad down and stood up.
"So, can you teach me any ninja moves?" She asked doing her best "ninja" stance.

Prowl looked down at Miko remembering Sari. He had been training her off and on... she was so loud and obsessed over the most unimportant things but still he had to admit he missed her.

"Perhaps... but first you must let go of the everyday distractions that will cloud your mind. Close your eyes and feel the calmness around you-"

"Dude, I just wanted to learn a backflip or something not the freaking force!" Miko interrupted.

Before Prowl could question what Miko was talking about, Arcee ran out to them. "There you are! 'Cons are back at it, so stay inside while we're gone, okay?" Arcee quickly told them.  "Optimus's orders!" She added as she ran back inside the base.

"Rude!" Miko said crossing her arms. "She didn't even say where they were going!"

"As much as I'd like to help them, it's none of my business where they're off to," Prowl said walking back inside.

Miko grabbed her notepad and followed him. She suddenly smirked. "'Course.... we could go anyway!"

"I have no intention of getting myself or anyone else into trouble during my stay here," Prowl stated as they entered the base and made their way down to the main level.

"Aw you're more boring than I thought..." Miko said disappointedly.

"I prefer the term wise," Prowl replied.

"Okay smart guy..." Miko said turning the corner and seeing the Autobots leave. They couldn't use the groundbridge so Miko had no easy way of following them. She sighed defeatedly.

Prowl walked off, not interested in spending his day being harassed by an immature teenage girl.

The day passed and there was no word from the Autobots. Even Ratchet had gone with them since he didn't need to be at the base to activate the groundbridge.

Prowl stared at the broken groundbridge and was soon lost in thought when he heard someone and realized they were talking to him.
