(6:00am)

(Your POV)

I'm in my own bed right now and my alarm clock woke me up. I got out of bed and turned it off. Right when I turned it off

(Boom!)

I heard lightning outside. My room lit up blue for a second. I looked outside my window. It was raining really hard. Suddenly, I heard my phone ring.

(Ring) (Ring)

I took a look at my phone to see who was calling me. It was Sana. She's probably scared right now because she's afraid of lighting. I disconnected my phone from the charger and answered it.

You: Mmm... Hello?

Sana: Cupcake! Please come over!

You: Why?

Sana: I'm scared!

You: Is it because of the lightning?

Sana: Yes!

(Boom!)

Sana: Ahhh!!!

You: (Laughs)

Sana: Stop laughing! Please just get over here quickly!

You: Alright, I will.

Sana: Thank you!

Sana hung up the phone. I got my clothes that I was going to wear today from my drawer and entered inside the bathroom. I brushed my teeth, took a shower, changed into my clothes and fixed my hair. I then exited the bathroom and entered back into my room. It was 6:30am. I quickly grabbed my backpack, my wallet, my phone and an umbrella and exited my house. I opened my umbrella and walked to Sana's house. A couple minutes later, I arrived at Sana's house and knocked on her door. The door opened and I was greeted by her. She was wrapped in a soft blanket.

You: Hey Sana.

Sana: Hey Cupca-

(Boom!)

Sana: Ahhh!!! Get in here!!!

You: (Laughs)

Sana pulled me inside her house. I closed my umbrella and She closed the door and hugged me.

Sana: It's so scary outside.

You: I kind of like it.

Sana: How can you like lightning?! It could kill you!

(Boom!)

Sana: Ahhhh!!!

Sana hugged me tighter.

You: (Laughs)

I wrapped my arms around her waist and picked her up. I walked to the couch and set her down on it. I sat down next to her.

You: So, you ready for school today?

Sana: No! I am not!

You: Why not?

Sana: Because of the lightning! I'm not going outside at all!

You: Okay... So, I'll just get you caught up with what we learned in math today.

Sana: Um...

Sana sat on my lap and covered herself fully with the blanket and grabbed my shirt.

Sana: You're not leaving either.

You: Why?

Sana: Because! I need someone to hold and that someone is you!

(Boom!)
