Peculiar Secret place

Chapter 1

I was running faster and faster into the dark forest trying to get away from those things all I could hear was behind me were their footsteps and voices saying "no point of running you'll never escape" I just ignored it and kept focusing on running, man I can't believe he set me up!. You are possibly wondering how I got into this state well let's go back 2 weeks earlier, I was in my car humming to the music on the radio until my music stopped of a cause of my boss calling me for my job he assigned me with so I pressed the call button and answered a polite hello, he answered back saying "Are you almost there yet?" He said in a desperate tone "yes I'm about 10 minuets away from the town" I answered back " Mmk call me when you have just arrived" then he hung up the call which it let the music started playing again which startled me as I wasn't expecting for the fact I forgot my music was playing before. My boss put me on a job to go to this town to get something from him from one of he's old time friends but it'll take awhile to get the thing he wants, 10 minuets past and I saw the town right up ahead as a passed the sign that said "Welcome to Hollowood" I finally found a parking space to stop my car, I step out into the fresh air admiring it while I've been in the car for 3 hours without stopping it's no fun being in the car alone for 3 hours without anyone to talked to or have friends with you the only friend I had was music for 3 hours, I was started to think where should I go since the guy isn't here to give me the thing my boss wants, my boss said he'll be in town tomorrow but best if I just got here today, well I am hungry so I decided to find a small caffe since it was 10 in the morning I started asking for directions and it was odd every time I asked someone they looked at me so happily as if I was 1million dollars it was odd, by the time past of me asking for directions I finally found a caffe and walked in and ordered a coffee and a muffin and sat down until my order came to me, also the cashier looked happy to see me as if I was a friend to her that she hasn't seen for years I'm already getting strange vibes well I am staying here for 2 weeks may as well make the best of it
