After the camp, we went home and I started to use my Instagram to follow the people that I had met there. Suddenly, I saw him. Well not him but his account. His name was Charles Levi. Even his name sounds so sultry. I decided to follow him cause, why not?
A day later, I checked my phone to see whether he followed me back. Well, he didn't but he accepted my follow request. So, yay, I guess. He has really nice photos. He is really photogenic. I stalked him for a while and that's when I saw that he was followed by my cousin. I had never heard of him before. Not before this camp anyway.
A few months later...
I had just gotten home from school. I did some homework and went to take a nap.
I woke up by the sound of the doorbell in the evening. I got out of my bedroom to go check on who rang the doorbell. It was my cousins. I opened the door for them and called my family to tell them that they came to our house. My family came downstairs from doing whatever they were doing upstairs to greet them.
A little after that, my older siblings, my cousins and I went to sit at the dining table because we wanted to eat some food as we were hungry. As we were eating, we were also chatting about some things.
Suddenly, my cousin started talking about some boy. I couldn't really hear what she was saying because my younger siblings were playing music very loudly in the hall.
"Adam and Ally, could you please shut the bloody thing off?" I asked furiously. "Hmm, aite sis." Adam said. "Thanks dude" I said. "No probs" Ally said.
"Anyway, who were you talking about?" I asked Ashley (one of my cousins). "I was talking about my friend. His name is Charles" Ashley said. "Wait. I feel like I've heard that name before" I said. "Oh really? Maybe you know some other Charles. My friend's back name is Levi." Ashley said. I went onto my instagram and searched for a Charles Levi and then I saw his profile and I realised that he was the guy that I had a crush on at that camp. "Oh, maybe you're right. Your friend Charles isn't the one I know." I lied. "Told you so." Ashley said.
After they went back home to their house, I went up to my bedroom and started looking at his new instagram feed. Then, I put my phone away and said to myself "I'm not going to fall for a guy I haven't actually met."
My eyes shut and I fell asleep.
