LISTENING AT THE loud and wild students while walking on the hallway, Yeon winced when someone suddenly shriek that echoed through the noisy hallway. She tried to remain calm and let her face stay poker face, when in fact she wanted to shout at them for being too noisy early in the morning.
Can't I have peace in my life?
Someone suddenly bumped onto her making her look at his direction. The guy's eyes widened, "S-shit! I'm sorry, I didn't mean to bump into you!" He uttered, scared for his life knowing that The Yeon was glaring at him right now.
Yeon stared at him blankly for a few seconds, and then walked away. She wanted to scare the shit out of his life but she's too lazy to even open her mouth so she decided to just let him go.
Yeon was already celebrating on her mind when she already saw the stairs but it faded quickly when she saw a couple of students, surrounding a.. guy?
What is this? she thought to herself. Bullying?
"Just give your assignment to us, man." She heard the 'leader' said then kicked the guy at the floor. The guy must be scared that he really gave his assignment to his bullies.
Bullying for assignment? Lol. Too boring.
Yeon watched as how the bullies walked away from the guy while laughing their ass off. She eyed the guy, slightly furrowing her eyebrows at the sight of him. He looked so beaten up, even though they didn't even beat him up.
She shrugged her shoulders and continued walking. The guy was staying still from his position. Yeon was about to passed by him when she suddenly stopped her tracks in front of the sulking guy, staring down at him blankly. "Stand up," she ordered.
The guy lift his face up, eyes widening when he saw Yeon. He blinked his eyes continuously, pointing his shaky fingers to himself. "M-me?"
Yeon wanted to roll her eyes but since she realized that she woke up today just to be lazy, she didn't do it. "Do you see any other student here?" Her cold voice dripped out of her mouth.
The guy was too stunned to even talk. He opened his mouth to say something, only to close it again since he couldn't find his voice. Yeon examined his face. Honey brown hair that looks so soft, small flawless face, big cinnamon brown eyes, pointed nose, thin pinkish lips and a pair of big glasses. Overall, he looked like a human. Sort of a.. nerd.
Her eyes dropped on his uniform, accidentally seeing his nametag which says, Jeon Jeongguk.
"Don't let them bully you. Next time they try to approach you, just toss your bag to them or something." She said, still using her cold voice. "You look so pitiful when you're being bullied."
Jeongguk, the guy, nodded his head like a little puppy. His brown eyes stared at Yeon's gray ones, fanboying at how beautiful her eyes was. How can someone have a perfect colored gray eyes?
Without any other words, Yeon turned her back at him and started walking towards the stairs. But her steps were interrupted when she heard him calling her. ㅤ "Yeon," he said in a small, shy voice. "Thank you."
She didn't reply at him, she didn't even spare a glance at his direction and just continued walking. She was confused. Why would he say thank you? I didn't even do anything for him.

Yeon blankly stared at the door, waiting patiently for someone to barge in.
Can someone barge in here saying, 'Yeon! We found a dead body! Come help us!' or like 'Someone is murdered come with us'
Her eyes went up to the wall clock, and she sighed heavily, accepting her defeat. It's already 4pm, meaning school hour is over. And as if on cue, the school bell rang.
Yeon stood up, gathering all her things before going to the door. She opened it, a little startled when she saw Jeon Jeongguk, with his right hand up in the air, looking at Yeon with wide eyes. The two of them stared at each other for a minute, with Yeon waiting for him to speak and with Jeongguk blinking continuously looking like a failed robot.
"Whatㅡ" before Yeon could even say what she was about to say, Jeongguk was suddenly gone in front of her, like a flash. Yeon's eyebrows knotted when she saw how Jeongguk trip on his own foot while trying to get away, standing up weakly before running on full speed again.
She shook her head, "Idiot," she whispered to herself before stepping out of the room and then locked the door.
Once the door was locked, Yeon started walking towards the stairs but she stopped, sighing before turning her head to see her favorite room, glancing at the name posted on it.
