The hard work and dedication they showed towards their work is finally getting paid off.
They were seeing the fruits of their own good work which they did not only with full dedication but the efforts they took to make it best was something incomparable they left the small small things ignore their sleep routine lots of times sometimes they were together handling single event or sometime 2 events at a time deciding lots of things together and alone too.
It wasn't the piece of cake for them somewhere they got frustrated too as it all was taking a bit of toll on them, but they were glad that they got the supportive ppl with them no matter how much late they came from work or having tight schedule they got the delicious and healthy food on time if they got late his mother was waiting for them or sending dinner for them she took care of the small small things for them like someone is taking care of child while his dad without any complaints help them in official work be it handling financial things only or helping them to handle the back up things if they are not getting somethings on time he would always ready with the one or other option guiding team encouraging them to do the best.
It wasn't the effort of only both of them but whole family and their office team as they were enthusiastic to do something good and learn lots of things the office atmosphere they got here played the major role as it was very free and comfortable for them to share the ideas and say the things which they feel could be helpful for them SHIVAAY wasn't the bossy and rude SHIVAAY SINGH OBEROI who won't listen to anyone but he was more of TEAM LEADER who knew how to support and help others to do their best he was himself a bit surprised with his this trait as he wasn't the easy or soft spoken person before ppl feared to come in front of him too sharing opinion was the last thing they could even think but may be this was the real him here in almost this year ppl around him loved to do work with him as he was the multi tasker and if things isn't happening in easy way he knew the other way too to make it happen by hook or by crook he not only let his employees express their ideas but gave the suggestions whenever needed and sometimes he was the strict boss too.
If SHIVAAY was leading it then ANIKA was the partner for him they played the inning together and make the partnership stronger, she exactly knew when to control him and take things in her hand and when to let him lead the things she was his wife at home where she never forget to show how much she love him it doesn't matter how tight the schedule was and in office she was his perfect business partner where together they decide the future of their work sometimes they were friends too who loved to share the ideas together a person single handedly can't do everything they need the anchor or the person who can walk with them together and that's what they did for each other.
It was the result of their attitude that in 1year they were nominated into the IMMERGING FIRM AND BEST BUSINESS PERSONALITY IN GOA their firm was known into the GOA they were leading events and gave tough competition to the old event management firm there.
The supporting friends which is their family now helped them too SHIVAAY wasn't the person who will forget the ppl who help him in the crisis so he always made sure to take care of their feelings in busy schedule too he never forget the special days of them be it birthday or anniversary or any other day he and anika made sure to make it special for them in the way they can do he got his brother and sister in them and spending time with them was kind off his stress buster be it playing video games like kids or the cards or having heart to heart talk he feels they played the major role in molding him in this 1year as the ppl see him now but they always told him that it was him only who let the things happen and take everything with the open arms and if it wasn't them then there must be some other person too and shivaay sometimes kind a feel it was waste of time to make them agree this things and if he forces to prove his point then there crazy ppl has the other plan to make him feel rotten and don't leave the option rather than giving them the GAALIYAANS.
