The Trip

I was awoken to Brooke wrapping on my front door and shouting:

"Wake up, wake up! We have to get Keisha still."

In my head, it was a work day. Then it registered. TODAY'S THE DAY WE SEE PIERCE THE VEIL LIVE.

I became conscious to the world and heard more of Brooke.

"Bitch let's go. No no wait you're the slut. Slut let's go!"

Don't mind the fact that we swear so much. It's normal for us.

I knew we had to head over and get Keisha but who knows if she's even awake yet.

We got to Keisha's house after several songs sung by the beautiful Vic Fuentes, but you should know that his brother, Mike, is who I really crush on but Vic's vocals are just like an angles voice.

Brooke ran up to the door and all I could see and hear was exactly how she got my up and at em.

The next thing I know, we are in Milwaukee. It's only about 12:30 at this point so we have plenty of time to clean up and look hot for the band before we went to get in line early.

We headed over to the venue and got in line. We were about the 15th people in line, pretty good for how late we usually are to things when we are all together.

"Do you guys think we need some caffeine? I'm thinking some StarBucks." Keisha suggested.

"I think that's a beautiful idea." Brooke added. "I'll take my usual."

"Mace, what do you want?" Keisha asked.

"I'll take a mocha cookie crumble frappe."

"Alright, be back in 20!"

Mine and Brooke's thing to do is people watch. Oh boy how we love to people watch. So for the next 20 minutes we just looked at people in front of us in line and people on the streets and just entertained ourselves.

All of a sudden, out of the corner of my eye, I see Keisha running at us. Let me tell you, Keisha doesn't run. So something must have been wrong.

"Where the hell is our coffee?" I ask, super confused.

"Shut up about the coffee, who wants to meet Pierce The Veil?"

Whispers start around us, but those girls are just jealous.

Keisha hands us each a laminated pass that says in big bold letters: BACK STAGE PASS.

Tonight is going to be amazing.
