Chapter 1

Emily's POV:

"Cameron will be here soon honey" my dad yelled from down the hall.

"Ok daddy" I yelled back. I walked into his room to see him rushing around like a maniac, trying to get ready for work in time. "Why do I need a babysitter? I'm 11 years old. I've been home alone before."

"Honey, you have been home alone before but only for like and hour. I work 7 hours a day. Who would make you lunch, or take you to get ice cream. And besides, you like Cameron don't you?"

"Yea. I guess." I said and walked downstairs to make myself a bowl of cereal. I heard the front door open.

"I'm here!" Cameron yelled from the living room. Cameron Dolan is my babysitter, and best friend. She is only 16, so she's not that much older than me. I tell her everything. Ever since my mom died when I was 9, Cameron takes care of me while my dads at work. I go to school during the year, but over the summer my mom would stay home and take care of me. But now Cameron comes over everyday.

"See you guys later. There's money on the counter in case you guys go out or get pizza or something. There's leftovers in the fridge also. I'll be back later." my dad said. He kissed my forehead, then closed and locked the door behind him. He rushed out to his car and sped away.

Later that day, Cameron and I were sitting on the couch. She was scrolling through her phone.

"Can we watch those boys again?" I asked her. She pulled up an app called Vine. Every time she came over, we watch videos made by 14 year old twin boys named Ethan and Grayson. I don't know how Cameron found their videos, but one day she showed me their videos and now we watch them every time we are together.

"I really like them. It would be so cool to meet them." I said to her. She began to smile.

"Hey, the other day they posted their first YouTube video." she said. She pulled up the YouTube app and clicked on a video titled "Blender Challenge". I really like watching the videos they make. I always thought they were really funny. Especially because I found them in a really hard time. Cameron showed them to me shortly after my mom died. They just always made me really happy.

When my dad came home later that day, Cameron left the room because her brother was calling her. She had two younger brothers. I have never met them before and she doesn't talk about them much. I don't know their names either.

Cameron came back a few minutes later. "Hey. My parents are out of town and my brothers have been staying home all day. Tomorrow, one of them is busy and so the other would be home alone all day. Is it ok if he comes with me tomorrow?" She asked.

"Of course!" My dad said back.

Cameron nodded and hugged me. Then she got in her car and drove home. I was really excited to meet her brother.

Grayson's POV:

"Hey. I'm gonna go to Jack's and spend the night." Ethan said.
