Harry's POV

It had been a few days since the Battle of Hogwarts and I decided to stay at 12 Grimmauld Place since Sirius had left it to me. I was hoping to spend a lot of my time here in the next few years; get myself settled down, family, children, that's all i'd ever wanted since I was old enough to understand it all. But that one girl, one girl with fiery red hair, Sparkling brown eyes and that gorgeous figure was the one girl I wanted that with, Ginny Weasley was that girl. I knew we broke up but that was for her very own safety. He could never live with himself if Ginny had died because of him and now thats over he wanted her back, he was going to even if it was the last thing he ever did.

I decided that day that I wanted to visit my parents in Godrics Hollow, I hadn't been to visit recently with everything that had gone on. I walked up through the grave yard on a chilly Tuesday morning at the start of May, the breeze made me pull my jacket round me tight and tucked my hands underneath my armpits. I walked up to their graves, with a sad smile on my face and sighed. I knew they were watching me through the whole battle and all the way through my hogwarts life, my whole life really. From seeing them through the Resurrection Stone in the middle of the Forbidden Forest along with Sirius and Remus before I potentionally "died" I knew they were all looking down on me. Those words coming out my father's mouth made butterflies form in the pit of my stomach. "Until the end" those three words can keep me going for as long as my heart can allow it. I finally got the courage to speak to them;

"He's dead" I said with a sigh. "Of course you know that, I just wanted to say it so I know it was real" I smiled as I looked to the floor. "I'm staying at Grimmauld Place all thanks to Sirius of course, if you see him up there" I paused, "tell him thanks."

A tear fell from his eye. "We are all ok, Ron and Hermione eventually got together" I said with a chuckle. "It took them several years but they made it. More that can be said for me and my love life" I frowned knowing what I had just said. I knew I wasn't ready to get back with Ginny, she was still grieving over Fred's death and who could blame her, they were very close, anyone could see that. "It will happen one day mum" I said looking up towards the sky with a smile "I will get married and have children, I just have to be patient" I looked at the gravestone and sighed. It wasn't easy to talk to his parents like this, I wanted to have them here with me so they could have a proper chat. With his dad about work and quidditch and his mum about everyday stuff. This is the time I needed them both, I hadn't seen Ron and Hermione since the battle and thought they would want as much 'alone time' as possible.

I knelt down and with a flick of my wand a wreath had formed in front of the grave. Some more tears falling I got up took a deep breath and said "I wish you were both here, I need you both right now. I love you both and I will see you both soon." I wiped away my tears and started walking out of the graveyard and apparated to Grimmauld Place
