(August's POV)

I watched as her figure disappeared from my sight. I laughed a little with the boys, then found myself looking at the music room door.

Nothing.

Not a sound was made. I slipped in without causing a disturbance. She was to absorbed in her own world anyway.

She moved her nibble hands along the piano top stopping on a key. She seemed hesitant, but finally pressed down of the key. She jumped back retracting her hands as if she had gotten burnt.

What was that?

She seemed to be fighting an internal battle. I willed myself to keep my mouth shut. Then I suddenly remembered her from somewhere.

A party.

She once again placed her small hands on the keys and pressed down. The sound echoed around the room. Her face seemed over come with something..

Fear? Sadness? Hurt? Anything seemed plausible at the time. I took my chance to speak up.

"Doesn't look like you're practicing." I snorted as she seemed to flinch at every sound the Piano was making.

She yelped and jumped turning around to lock eyes with me. She rapidly put both hands over her heart and gasped. I found her slightly amusing.

"You.." She narrowed her eyes on me and quickly moved away from the piano. I suddenly felt heat, like the room was being pressed inward towards me. Realization hit and I quickly stuck my foot in the door before it closed.

"Uhm..." She stammered looking at me then the door. I kicked it open and it locked in place. Her eyes went wide for a half of a second before she regained her composer.

Something about her. It was off. I didn't like how she looked at me with disgust in her eyes or that she looked away as if I was something revolting to look at. I found myself more intrigued with her.

"What's your name?" I walked towards where she was standing near the piano. She faltered a bit the looked me dead in the eye. Once again narrowing her icy blue eyes at me. Then she smiled. I was taken aback at the sudden mood change. It was the first time I took in her appearance. She looked good. How have I not noticed her?

"I will tell you my name." She paused looked at the piano again. This time it was defiant.

Sorrow.

"On one condition." She turned to me with a wicked smile.

Shit.

"I will tell you my name.. If, you can play one instrument in this room."

Damn.

She smiled triumphantly to herself. She sat down which I took as hint to start.

I raised my eyebrows at her and she shot me a glare.

"Hurry up I have places to be and people to talk to." She pushed.

I walked to the shelves and placed my hand on every object. I smiled and grabbed the instrument turning around and facing her.

"Well..?" She looked unimpressed so I brought it out from behind my back and her jaw slacked.

Perfect.
