"I don't know. After that Mike guy he might be the same"
"But he isn't, can I just go to school with him?" this wasn't where I was going to head it out but mom hated Mike, always said he was a trouble maker and he wasn't right for me I never listen til I found out.
"fine but you invite this young man over. Understand?"
"Yes ma'am" I said smiling.
"I'm going out for a walk"

"ok see you later" while running out the door I ran into a hard chest.
"hey, I just came by to ask if you needed a ride to school tomorrow? My mom wanted me to see if you needed one?"
"umm maybe another time , someone already asked me"

"How about you walk with me and we get to know each other?" he just looked at me and shook his head.

"Well my mom is Brazilian and my dad is African American" to think about it I really liked my dad side of the family and ever since they got a divorce my life been going off great.
"Renee? I think I should be heading you home" I just noticed that I was supposed to be home 30 minutes ago.

"well let's go. I'll race you back" and with that he started to run.
"Wait up!" I screamed out but he was already in a way hurry before me.
By the time I made it up to him he was out of breathe and sweating.
"I guess I beat you" I said trying to state a statement
"ha your funny" he said standing up and facing me.
"RENEE!! your 30 minutes late. Get in here this instance"
"mom" I cried
"Is this the young man you were with"
"Yes he walking me home. See you later Stephen"
"you too Renee" as I watched him walk away I was brought out my thoughts.
"Is he the one taking you to school?" and I had another problem coming my way. My mother.
